Beautiful upstairs unit in a duplex within the first block to the beach! The location is ideal for walking or bike riding along the boardwalk to the amazing beach-side restaurants and shops located around the Newport Beach Pier. Also featuring a large front balcony that creates a picture perfect relaxation destination. Unit includes 2-car shared garage parking, inside washer & dryer, and dishwasher.

**Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning**

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car garage parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking in a shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Great location with easy walk to beach and close to stores and restaurants. The home was clean with a wonderful living area and outdoor deck. Clear check in and check out instructions. Property manager was responsive. Appreciated the 2 car garage.

Perfect Beach Location

We were in the upper unit of the property. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is only 1/2 a block from the beach. We pretty much walked everywhere we wanted to go, but the parking garage for 2 was great because it does get crowded. I would definitely recommend!

Great Place to Stay In Newport

We loved our stay here. It was cut short by the Tropical Storm but we can highly recommend this home. It's lovely with a very good lay out. It was also well stocked -- we appreciated the plastic bags, foil, ice, etc... It was clean and in a very good location, close to food, grocery stores, etc... We would highly recommend it.

AC would have been nice. Still pretty warm at night even with fans and open windows. Loved having the umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards to use. Should have included that in the listing. Almost chose another listing for those items. Great location. Left a volleyball to add to the beach toys.

I would have like to check in earlier on the first day not 2:30.

Check in at 2:30 on first day didn’t give us a full day and check out at 10:00 on last day was way too early. So we paid for 4 days but only had 2 full days. That was disappointing..

Great Newport Beach condo close to beach and restaurants

We loved this clean, very updated condo. We had a group of six and this was the perfect size. We have stayed in other rentals on peninsula right on the beach, so we were hesitant to rent at this location (we were closer to 17th Street with prior rentals), but we loved the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants for this location. If you don’t have a car this is the perfect location plus if you do have a car it has to tandem garage parking spots. Kitchen has everything you need. Would definitely come back to this unit and rent again!

Good overall but considering the price of the rental it is not acceptable to have a washer and dryer that require quarters and are not included. That was very inconvenient.

Great location near to the beach and the shops on the boardwalk. Well stocked kitchen equipment,towels and beach towels are included which is very nice.We especially liked using the keypad instead of keys. Parking was more than adequate for us and the garage had two parking spaces which was great.

The perfect spot cozy and well furnished.

This couldn’t have been a better spot and it was such a comfortable please to stay. One block from the sand and a short walk to Newport pier. Also the private garage parking was key. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we could hang around another week here.
