This great upstairs unit in a duplex is steps away from the sand and the Newport Beach boardwalk offering an easy route to shops and restaurants. The prime deck gives sand and ocean views as well as the kitchen and dining area for dinnertime enjoyment. Includes two car parking, deck, inside washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fireplace.

**There is currently construction on the property across the street from this building which is a potential for noise Monday through Friday.**

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car garage parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking in a shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

Family Summer Getaway

WOWZA!!! What a fantastic home and location. I enjoyed spending time on the deck drinking my coffee in the mornings and watching the waves roll in. The home is setup nicely and has a ton of storage. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, too! I highly recommend this vacation rental. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for sharing your home!

Overall the stay was nice. We walked to the beach, restaurants, shopping and biked to Balboa. My 1 negative was the floors were super dirty, our feet were black instantly. I mentioned it to the property manager so they would be aware.

Wonderful Beach House in Excellent Location

My family of five enjoyed our stay at this wonderful and well-equipped beach house located near many shops, restaurants and sights in Newport Beach. The property manager was easy and great to deal with. The beach out front is beautiful and Newport is such a nice town to spend time with the family. I would highly recommend this property.

Unbeatable Location

This Newport Beach vacation house really is everything that you would expect it to be, but pictures don't really do it justice. The proximity to the beach is closer in person than it appears in the photos and the view overlooking the ocean from the dining room is stunning. We wanted something that was in a convenient location, was close to the beach, had amenities within walking distance, allowed us to work remotely, had access to parking, and the option to do laundry. This unit checked all of those boxes for us and I can honestly say that by the time we checked out, we felt like we were leaving our home and were really sad to be leaving. Check-in was extremely easy due to the amount of communication provided by Villa Rentals; they sent emails and even started sending text messages from an actual person on check in day. They also sent out emails and texts as check out day arrived, with detailed instructions on how to check out. As long as you're communicating during their business hours, it's very easy to get in touch with someone right away if needed. The only forewarning I have for any potential guests is that you may have people walking through the alley late at night as they are stumbling home from the bars. There were a couple of instances where the partygoers were so loud, that it seriously sounded like they were inside of the house despite our windows being shut. Otherwise, make sure that you read the posting very thoroughly to know everything the house does and doesn't offer so that you're not surprised by anything when you arrive. Our bed was comfortable, but I would imagine that sleeping would not be so comfortable on those unseasonably hot nights this past summer but there's not a whole lot that can be done about that. Large vehicles will likely not fit in the garage, so that is also something that people should consider when booking. The grocery store and a few restaurant options (Sancho's Tacos is now my favorite taco place) are a short 4 minute walk, and the beach is literally 20 seconds away. You can also walk to the Newport Beach Pier in about 10-12 minutes for more dining, bars, shopping, and activity options. We rented beach cruiser bikes, so it was very easy to access a lot of different places in the surrounding areas. We are very much looking forward to coming back to the Newport Beach area and we will definitely consider booking this house again. Overall, I would give this place a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Perfect location

Literally steps from the beach ! Great location and room for a large suv in the garage . Would like to have had some beach chairs at the house but we did find one in a closet at the end of our stay. Enjoyed watching the ocean from the kitchen table every morning .

Fabulous location

Really liked the price, the quietness of the area and proximity to the beach and grocery shopping etc. The house is bright and internet worked perfectly. We also enjoyed the parking garage which was a plus so we did not have to leave our vehicle on the street. Was a great experience and would definitely come back again.

This property was perfect for our family trip. The home is well taken care of and clean. The property management company was really responsive and easy to work with. I have stayed at several different vacation rentals in the area and this one was one of my favorites.
