We had a wonderful stay at Manoir des Sables. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect for exploring Magog and Orford, while still being peaceful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere. A great place for a weekend getaway, we would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was a nice spread. Lots of food options for meat eaters and vegetarians and polite servers. the melons and fruit were nicely cut to bit sized wedges and pieces. Sadly the kayaks and paddle board hut was closed (perhaps too early in the season? but we visited on June 14). The hot tubs appears to only be available to spa visitors.

Room faced lake, quiet except for neighbor air conditioner noise. Sraff is lovely, friendly, multi-lingual. Hot tubs and indoor pool must hace more routine treatment and cleaning, (hot tub was slimy). Could use some extra placards to direct in and out doors to activity (pools, sauna, etc.

This is our second stay. We use it as a stop over so while we don’t take advantage of the amenities, we know what we are getting. We have dealt with staff over the phone and in person. I truly appreciate that they speak such great English as my French speaking skills are rusty. We would definitely do this again.

We didn't have high expectations of this place, but somehow we were still disappointed. The girl that checked us in seemed more interested in her conversation with her colleague than helping us. The hallways and rooms were dirty and look like they are in need of a very deep clean. The beds were not comfortable and you could feel the springs in them. I think the only reason this hotel stays afloat is because of the golf course. If playing golf, I'd rather drive the extra distance to find a decent hotel.
