For reservations of 2 nights only, we require a mandatory four hundred dollars (400) Damage Protection, which is fully refundable upon final inspection after check out.

1st FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed
(Shared Bathroom with Hall)

2nd FLOOR:
Bedroom 2: Master Bedroom (King Size Bed)
Bedroom 3: Harry Potter Room (1 Bunk Bed with 2 Full size mattress + 1 Single Size Bed / Private Bathroom)

-Pet Fee Charge "Additional": 105 US dollars + tax (per pet)
-Pet Damage Protection Fee: 250 US dollars (refundable)

Pet Damage Protection is for damages
and it's refundable if the house is on the same condition it was received when we do our Check Out Inspection.
Any damages caused by the Guest's pet(S) to the property during the staying it's Guest's responsibility.
Any repair will be charged or discounted from Guests Damage Protection or credit card on file.
Charges are processed or requested after booking.

We are offering our guest a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, Bath towels, Pool towels, hand towels, bathroom floor mat and a kitchen rug are available for all guests.
(We do not provide washcloths) Number of towels is according to the house occupancy, no extras

LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning prices vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes Towels and Bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning amount that you are paying for your house. And also we offer Mid staying Cleaning that doesn't wash towels and bed linens and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning price. 
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.

We are offering our guest a professional laundry service delivered to the house.

The number of towels is according to the house capacity, there are no extra sets, guests can use the washer and dryer machine inside of the house.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX deliver there.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse (fees may apply). Some resorts may not accept them.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

• 1 Paper Towel
• 1 Dish Soap
• 2 Extra Trash Bags
• 1 Small Mini Shampoo + 1 Mini Conditioner per bathroom
• 1 Small Bars of Soaps Per Bath
• 2 Toilet Paper Rolls Per Bath
• 1 Dishwashing Capsule in The Kitchen
**We do not provide washcloths**

GARBAGE:
1) No trash is allowed to be stored outside unit entrance, or anywhere other than THE DUMPSTER.
2) ALL TRASH must go directly inside the dumpster and be in plastic bags.
3) NO BIG TRASH ITEM(S) in the dumpster, including furniture.
4) CARDBOARD BOXES are to be broken down and placed INSIDE the dumpster.
Fail to follow these rules will result in a 100 US dollars penalty according to the community rules.

ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 03 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.

You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.

*For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras outside by the front door.

Now that you already to book our home, kindly inform us after book if you are bringing a Pet.
After the reservation is done, you will you receive an email request electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guests doesn't receive this email).

PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional amount.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.
