TrĂšs belle endroit, manque quelques petites choses.

La maison est belle et propre, La piscine est proche et trĂšs agrĂ©able. La cuisine manque d'Ă©quipements pour cuisiner convenablement. j'ai contactĂ© la propriĂ©taire pour savoir ou Ă©tait les poĂȘlons et le chaudron a spaghetti elle m'a rĂ©pondu qu'elle prĂ©fĂ©rait ne pas en acheter car c'Ă©tait trop encombrant. Je suis aller acheter personnellement ces items et je les ai laisser sur place pour les prochains locataires. Sinon je recommande cette location.

Good location, 20 minutes to WDW. Master bedroom bed is extremely firm - but the other beds were good.No instructions on how to use the Wi-Fi which is required for the TVs. Reached out to owner, but no response from them.No end of stay instructions were provided, so we stripped the beds and put the sheets and towels in the laundry basket on top of the washer. Gathered trash, but did not see a location for putting the garbage, so left it by the door.Would rent here again, but would prefer to have information on Wi-Fi and end of stay instructions.

Horrible Experience

Check in was March 29th at 4pm, we got there a little after 5pm. When getting into the property we did an inspection. Blinds were missing from every window leaving no privacy whatsoever. Air condition didn’t seem to work properly, along with the internet. The cleanliness of the property was not ideal. You could tell the dish soap was refilled and had new sitting on top of old, there were two different colors, there was brown stuff on the paper towels, hair all in the sinks & showers along with on the bedding. We reached out to the host shortly after checking in with no response. We ended up not staying and was only there roughly 15 minutes. We reached back out via phone and messages advising we were not staying, again with no response. We reached out to VRBO to let them know what was going on and to open a claim. We were supposed to stay from March 29-April 3rd. We finally heard from the host on April 1st advising they received the claim and would look into it. Contacted VRBO on April 3rd and were told that the host was out to dinner, to reach out to them after an hour. Called and left a voicemail. After not hearing back nearly 24 hours later, we contacted VRBO again and was told that the host would be reaching out. Finally on April 5th, the host contacted us and tried accusing us of actually staying at the property and being the ones that messed up the linens and bathrooms. Stated refund wasn’t possible since we didn’t cancel on time. Horrible customer service & property.

We stayed 9 days, and found the unit pretty much as advertised. It was comfortable and worked out very well for our trip. Check in was a bit delayed as the cleaning crew arrived at the same time our family did, so the place had not been cleaned yet. After a waiting for the cleaning to be completed and letting them know that the bedding on one of the beds had not been changed, everything was put in order. l tried to contact the owner about this but did not get a response. Contact with someone about problems could be improved. There are some minor maintenance things that could be addressed as the age and use are starting to show. For instance the shower door in the master bath is missing a wheel so it has to be lifted to open and close it. Not a big problem but a minor irritation. There is no information provided to access the gated/locked pool area. Overall we were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The stay went well although on the first night I arrived and housekeeping was a no show. I tried contact the host, but the number was a non working number. I then contacted customer service, and after 30 minutes waiting I got a respond and he contacted the host on a 3 way call. The host was not aware that housekeeping was a no show. She apologized and got my personal number so she can call me back right away with a solution. She contacted me right away stating the owner of the cleaning company lives close by, and will be there in 10 minutes. The owner arrived with help from her crew so in 30-40 minutes the house was clean. The house was not dirty but sheets needed to be change, trash taken out and fresh towels. They clean everything pretty quickly as it was 6 of them helping each other. I was happy with the outcome and the help from the host.

Nice place, safe community, easy access

Nice accommodations, clean and in a very nice secure community. There were two issues we had. 1. While there were TVs available and cables to the wall outlets, there was no signal. The TVs were not smart TVs which meant we could only use them if we had brought a streaming device such as Roku/Firestick etc. 2. There was WiFi, but it was a TMobile device that work ok when it worked, but would on occasion not work well or at all. I would stay again, but it would have been much nicer if these 2 little issues were addressed.
