Had a good experience over all, i with i was told ahead of time that there was a retención $100 and additional $7.50 (approx) for use of WiFi, pool, etc. My room was not provided any towels, I came back at almost 10pm and wanted to take a shower and NO towels, because location is next to jail, I didn’t feel safe calling anyone to bring towels. Besides this incident, people, room and breakfast have been great!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many around Disney. Next to a jail. Felt bery unsafe. People playing music and hanging around the hallway. I’ve never left a hotel so fast!!! Room was also dirty it was a horrible expirence.

The property was very minimalistic, and clean. The staff was very friendly and responsive with any requests or queries. The breakfast was good as well. Loved the fact that the pool area was clean as well.

Friendly staff. Place is good but it looked like it was going through maintenance issues. No bath soap and the person at the front desk did not seem to care enough to help provide a solution. Fridge had its vents frozen, same with the AC. I had two rooms, one had no fridge, no iron and ironing board. It has a laundry with 2 washing machines and 2 driers.
