I’m disabled asked for a room near the elevator or on a first floor No rooms were available. Completely understandable ( was there over a week, noticed many open rooms. ) limited handicap spots near elevator. Get to the room and it was clearly not cleaned. Trash on the floor and on the red hotel pillow was what looked like male fluids. Asked to have the room cleaned was given attitude. A person came with sheets and blankets. I had to change and clean the room myself. The ac did not work and was unable to be fixed. I had to ask for a refrigerator which they did supply. We had 3 people registered to the room but they would only give 2 towels. Had to ask every day for an extra towel. The property is supposed to be smoke free but was not!!! Breakfast was nice

The front desk was really mean and unprofessional. They didn’t have water in the fridge to buy during my whole stay , I stayed two nights . I called the front desk serval times to get some wash cloths and they took about two hours to bring it and the next day left a note in my room ( after I told them I didn’t want anyone coming in my room until I leave ) saying they are short on towels and wash cloths . The place is very dirty . My friend said she saw a roach . I was very unsatisfied with my stay

You get what you pay for..

Room smelled of mold and some smoke. No carpet. Solid metal chair at desk. Ants on desk. No washcloths. Leaking faucet. Walls and ceiling noisy from other guests. Beds and bed linens were comfortable.

Budget Hotel right off I-4

I'll was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The room was clean and the bed were comfortable. The TV was struggle but just had to figure out the remote. Which staff willing assisted with. The breakfast was superb. Fresh and plentiful. The pool was clean and deep going from. 5'-8'. Perfect for us. The staff here is 5+ Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Every one , and I mean EVERY one was pleasant, helpful, courteous and professional. All strived to to there best. The kind of service that sticks with you and makes you want to come back. Ownership might want to invest in a few upgrades like small fridges in each room but that's on ownership not the staff Thank you for a relaxing stay and delicious breakfast.

The property overall needs a lot of fixing. There were broken sink, the toilet handle was broken, broken shower head, hole the wall, dirty sheets, the was no closet, the whole place need to be under construction ASA. There was no ice, the ice machine was filthy. It looks like it hasn’t been working in years, loud and nosy guests throughout the whole night, I didn’t feel safe because the property is located right next to a jail or prison, I stayed because they was not going to refund my money, but I would not recommend anybody to go and spend a day there. And they had these people in the hotel lobby selling timeshare but under false pretense.

Bad staff and unclean rooms

The room was not in a nice condition. I noticed while walking around without shoes on my feet got very dirty so they obviously don't clean the rooms well. The breakfast was not good either as they say it goes to 10 but they stop filling it before 9 so if you want food you better get there at 7 when it starts. The front desk also was not nice.
