The villa was superb and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The furnishings were lovely and the villa could only be described as 'first class'. The villa looked like the pictures posted online, and we had no need to contact the management company during our stay.

Homey, Clean, and Festively Welcoming

Very recommended! The house was very comfortable and clean and had everything you can possibly need to make your stay like being home. We stayed over the christmas holidays and it was a very nice touch seeing that the house was fully decorated for christmas including a christmas tree! Made our stay even better. Magical villa

This is our second time staying here and the villa is still absolutely beautiful. It remains my favourite place ever to stay in Orlando. The furnishings are so impressive and the theming is incredible. We last stayed when it had first become and rental property and it was immaculate. If I had to be very picky, I would say that you can tell it's has seen a lot of guests since then. The communication is good. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. The appliances are of a very highly quality. The amenities provided were so generous, much more than any rental I've ever stayed in. Emerald Island is a beautiful resort which feels safe and well maintained. The view from the back of the property is so serene. My only complaint this time was that we had few issues which either remained unsolved or took a while to resolve. We had some really antisocial neighbours that we doing an excessive amount of drugs and playing loud music and unfortunately there was nothing that could be done about this (thankfully they didn't stay long!). Our jacuzzi broke and it took nearly a week to get it fixed. I was desperate to get YouTube to work on the lounge TV but it couldn't be fixed. Someone came to collect something from the house and we weren't told when they were coming. They obviously let themselves in without us knowing when to collect a large box. I assume inadvertently, they left a 5 inch long kitchen knife on the sitting room table which thankfully I noticed before my special needs son did! Overall, it's still a gorgeous villa and we would definitely consider it if we came again.
