I had an amazing stay at Element Orlando Universal Blvd. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day out. The housekeeping team was kind, attentive, and always willing to assist, which added a special touch to the experience. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, with plenty of variety. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from ICON Park, with tons of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!

Element on Universal is my “Go to” stay whenever I’m visiting to Orlando and wanting to hangout. Its in a great location centered around most of the Disney Attractions. The malls aren’t that far away either. Great staff, Very accommodating, nice & friendly. Rooms are nice! Breakfast is decent.

This is a very tough review to write because the hotel is lovely, the rooms are beautiful, the public spaces are all wonderful. The staff at the breakfast was also so kind. I got to interact briefly with the cleaning staff as well and they were also wonderful. Everything was actually perfect here…10 out of 10….except for one thing!! The potent, intentional smell in the lobby is hands down the most offensive thing I have ever smelled. Apparently it is pumped in through the Hvac system?? In our current world where so many people have allergies and sensitivities I am shocked they would do this? I do not have any allergies thankfully but I had to hold my breath from the elevator to the lobby door every time. It is not subtle at all, it is so strong I am shocked more people have not commented on it online. In person I heard multiple guests talking about how nauseating it is. Outside of this, the hotel is amazing but knowing this smell is intentional I would sadly never return. It did effect my 5 day stay for sure. :(
