The staff was excellent. Kevin did a great job on check-in. I want to give a special shout out to Caitlin. Something was wrong with the AC in our room, as it was very noisy. I called down to the front desk and within a few minutes Caitlin had us set up in a new room. She even called the new room to make sure everything was okay. Thank you, Caitlin!
