I wasn't able to sleep well at night due to loud noises coming from next door. Also, you have to pay for parking which is ridiculous.

If it wasn’t for Alejandro at front desk I would have given five stars, he was rude. Cidra was very attentive making sure all was perfect for everyone eating Catalina was exceptional- very kind happy welcoming and made an excellent customer service experience

The room was exceptional. The staff was nice and our view was fantastic. We could see icon park rides from our window and had a beautiful sunset from out window. Parking fees $16 a day.
