Family time, quiet relaxation, Florida fun. Pool Home at Orange Tree

This 5 bed, 4 bathroom home is a home away from home. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, dining area and breakfast nook . This spacious home has tile and vinyl plank flooring throughout. The large family room has a large flat screen TV with direct access to the pool area through the french patio doors. The home features 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms both with queen beds. The primary master has a walk in shower, garden tub and dual sinks. The 2nd master ensuite features a shower tub combo and vanity. Both master suites have direct access to the pool area. There are three additional bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed with bathroom located adjacent, the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds and share the fourth bathroom. The pool area is quiet and relaxing offering alot of privacy and provides a perfect spot for soaking up some of that Florida sun or cool off under the covered lanai.

Florida law - guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

Please read before booking:

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

Great property, great location, great price!There is a little playground within walking distance in the neighborhood, and I didn’t try but I’m pretty sure the closest Publix is as well. The only downside was that the bedrooms did not have fans in them. So if you like to be cold while you sleep, make sure you bring a fan with you.

We booked the home for our college spring training trip. The house was open and large, whoch was great! However, the home needs new beds and furniture. The living room couch is broken and the beds were very hard.

Nice house

Overall impressed. There were a couple of minor things (limited towels, stains on some bedding, creaky mattresses, and no pans for the oven). This house worked for what we needed and when I reached out to the property manager they responded instantly. Rated 4 stars due to the stains on bedskirts and some of the towels.

I believe that it’s about time to invest in some new patio furniture and C fix the screens around the pool. Our stay was great no major issues. Would definitely recommend it.

Could have been better

Loved the location but many small things lacking. Not enough towels for everyone, no starter supplies such as soap or dish soap. Pool was warm but needed to be swept. Beds not real comfortable. House could be really nice with a few improvements.

Great home terrible beds

Vrbo host are very attentive, however the management agent /owner to this home us not . The toilets were backed up upon arrival . The floors were dirty .the beds are a horrible alwep. (Please invest in new beds) I paid for a pool heating and never received heat to the pool. I am still awaiting a refund a week later.I actually wanted to give this host a 0 for hospitality but vrbo savea the day.

This property was NOT clean. We had to go out and buy new linen for all the beds as they were stained and we even saw bugs. (Pics submitted) I do not recommend this company

This was my first time staying in a vacation house and I totally recommend it. It felt like home. Nobody interrupted us and the manager was also a nice person. Next time we would for sure heat up the pool but other than that 10/10 I will definitely rent this place again.
