This townhome will keep you coming back for years to come. It has everything you need to make your dream vacation a reality. From the leather sofas to its cozy eat in kitchen you will not be disappointed with your stay.


There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths assuring room for all. Two bedrooms boast luxurious King beds while the 3rd offers up 2 full beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. A downstairs bedroom with its own patio provides privacy while the formal dining table offers a great gathering spot.


Washer, dryer, microwave, every luxury of home you could possibly need! High speed internet and cable television keep you connected.

Needs Work and Deep Cleaning

The property was not terribly clean. The floors definitely had not been washed and the white woodwork and doors had visible layers of dust on them. The areas that were carpeted were disgusting. One of the 8 toilet paper rolls provided looked like it had been dropped into water and dried. The manager did send someone the next day, which was appreciated. However, when a customer pays a hefty cleaning fee, you expect it to be well-cleaned. There were also many nicks and dings in the paint and the stove/oven was wobbly. This place was fine but I wouldn't rent it again.

Nice Housing for Attending Conference

This was a nice place for our family to stay while we attended a conference. Plenty og bathrooms to shower, quiet community, able to walk to a nearby drugstore to purchase a few things, near plenty of stores and activities, suited our needs well.

Great stay and location

The place looked like the pictures! Clean when we arrived and they even left us a package of Oreos as a welcome gift!! It was easy to check in. We used the grocery delivery which was AMAZING. It was super close to the event we were going to so we just walked. I would stay here again!

This townhouse suited our needs perfectly. With one couple and two individual adults the three bed/three bath was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and convenient to attractions.

Everything was good except the air. It was too hot!

I like the location, the place was very clean. I did not like the fact that the cooling system was always re-setting to 78 degrees. January is a cool month and it was cooler outside than inside. I had a hard time sleeping because the rooms were too hot. I set the temperature to 72 which is reasonable but it would reset to 78 or 80 immediately. I was not pleased with that.

A fine place to stay

Easy booking and check in. House as advertised, 20 mins to Disney, decent amenities. Lots of traffic noise in front bedroom, inadequate shades for sleeping (if you need that), clean enough (though carpeting could really use a thorough shampooing). Tableware was dirty, but a run through the dishwasher fixed that. Decent pans for cooking, good wifi, nice toiletries provided. All in all, a fine place to stay.

Great location and amenities

The location of the condo was perfect. Easy access to Disney, Universal Studios and so much more. The condo was not clean when we arrived. Lots of greasy handprints on the mirror, tables were dirty. And the condition of the paint, bathroom fixtures, etc. were not up to the standard portrayed in the photos. I also was upset that I was not made aware before arriving that I would need to provide toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. and that the property did not supply any of these things. However, the condo was spacious and the layout fit well for our family of 6.

Only one "llittle" issue

We loved the location and the property. The furnishings were great, comfortable beds and plenty of seating in the living room. Our only problem was the upstairs bedrooms were warm. The ceiling fans and closing the blinds made it much better. We would stay there again!
