We loved our stay here. The room was clean. Loved the bed and the couch. We were attended to right away when we needed some toiletries or extra towels by housekeeping. Fadwa and Juvena were phenomenal. They made us feel very welcome and at home. They were very respectful and kind. They arranged our rides to and from the airport. Helped us in our stay. Everything went smoothly. We appreciate their hospitality and warm reception as well as the other staff members. The food was good especially the pancakes, fruit juices and the oatmeal. I wish there were more selections daily though, for guests staying more than 3 days-- more variety would be fantastic. Overall our stay was amazing. Thank you for making us feel at home away from home. Kudos to management. I feel they give great trainings. More power to you all!

My stay at Holiday Inn Express Orlando International Airport was comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal for airport access, the room was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and the overall experience made traveling much easier. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We had to catch the Brightline train the next day, and the hotel’s location made it very convenient. The shuttle dropped us right at the gate, making the process stress-free and easy. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We had a family suite with bunk beds and they had bunk lights by the beds, one was hanging from the wall with no bulb. Not the safest for small, curious kids. Couch was hard. Overall, would stay again.
