The desk staff were nice enough but not very helpful. The staff in the restaurant were NOT on their game. We waited a very long time and there were on 3 other tables of people. And my tea glass was never refilled. The only breakfast option was buffet that was overpriced at $16 (especially for those of us can’t eat any where near enough to get your money’s worth. The hotel looks amazing and quite large. I had expectations but the bathroom floor was not level. It was awkward to walk on. There were signs everywhere asking for your review of 10 stars, yet; when I checked out, no one asked me about my stay. The signs say 8 is the new 0. I couldn’t even give them an 8. Had anyone seemed a bit concerned about my stay, I probably would have given them a 9.

THE PROPERTY GAVE A GREAT RATE FOR THE STAY. IT WAS CLEAN AND VERY QUIET. IT WAS ABLE TO FIT MY NEEDS. I WAS GOING ON A CRUISE AND NEEDED A SPACE TO STAY. THE ROOMS COULD USE UPDATES, THE LOBBY HAS UPDATES AND IS VERY NICE. NICE HOTEL AND CLEAN HOTEL JUST NEEDS UPDATES IN ROOM.

At this Hotel you have to pay for parking 😒 I thought asking Hotel guests to pay $13.00 a day to park is crazy! Paying $199.00 and up for a room is enough.
