Hotel is dirty and dated. They charge for parking yet don't know who's vehicle belongs to who. So when someone's car alarm randomly goes off multiple times throughout the night they can't track them down. The pool was dirty. Concrete pavers busted up, chairs falling apart. I needed an extra room key and the front desk person didn't ask to verify my name but she told me my name. No security there.

Checkin was fast and easy but when we wanted to relax in the pool after the parks and get food and a drink we were told they didn’t have anything that was on the menu so it kinda ruined the stay in and relax at the pool part of the night. Breakfast wasn’t bad and the rooms were clean. When leaving it seemed everyone was waiting for the elevators which took a pretty long time we waited about 10min for it to go up and down 4 times till we were next. Other than that it was okay

Door Key card entry was down upon arrival and I had to be manually let into room a few times as the location was not able to assign on the system new keys. Was not fixed untill the next morning then it worked fine the rest of the trip.
