Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

Let me start by saying... this property is beautiful... and I'm a tough critic!! Upon entry, my family and I were blown away! The cleanliness and general upkeep of the property exceeded our expectations. Checking in and out at the gate was a breeze. The one minor issue we had with the master bed being loose underneath was fixed that same day with no more issues. I literally have no complaints whatsoever. If you're thinking about it, just do it! I promise you won't be disappointed. As frequent travelers to Orlando, we used to swear by the Westgate Resort properties. It doesn't compare. I must've looked at over 20 properties prior to booking, let's just say I'm happy I chose this home. The owners were absolutely amazing and we felt like the home was ours while there. We didn't feel intruded on at all. Book this place on your next trip to Orlando, I can 100% guarantee you'll love it!!

Perfect for large groups

The property was large and comfortable. The cleanliness of the entire home, including the bathrooms and pool area exceeded my expectations. We traveled to this property for our annual family vacation. As our children have aged and family has grown finding a property with enough space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities has become a challenge. this property exceeded our expectations. Everything was in good working order and clean! The pool and spa made it perfect for adults to unwind and kids to enjoy. Honestly, we didn’t need to leave the property if we didn’t choose to. If you’re thinking about a vacation property for a large group or family vacation this one is perfect! The owner was responsive and clearly communicated all expectations and directions. This property is definitely a gem!

This house has customized interior that makes it an experience itself and unlike any other house in the resort. With five teenage boys, the theatre and game room were a huge hit, as well as the screen above the pool where we watched NBA Finals while they swam. They enjoyed pick-up basketball games and sand volleyball at the clubhouse as well. They were a little lackluster on the games available on the PS5 and we also noted the slow queue at the gate sometimes, especially around 4 PM when new guests are arriving. Two minor things, and overall, a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful house

What can i say
it was a perfect house. All the room we needed for our large family Vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. The larger pools and lazy river were also a big hit with the family. Had a great view overlooking a pond so no back neighbors. Would stay again!

Everything you need and more!

The house is stunning, well equipped and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We had 5 teenage boys with us and between the game room, movie theater, pool, hot tub and sports amenities in the neighborhood, everyone was entertained the entire week!

Amazing Place for Extended Families!

This place is incredible. The movie room is insane. The pictures looked so great we were worried that when we arrived it wouldn’t be as nice as the listing, however it was exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for multiple families. Its location is good about 30 minutes from any of the parks. We would absolutely book here again.

Great house in most respects, but outdoor area needs a good scrubbing. Everything outside was quite dirty. Pool was clean, however, and the pool temp (with the paid heat) was very enjoyable. Bedrooms were great. Everything you need is available in the house.

Disney week at Dream Catcher

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and the pictures represented it perfectly. We had a great family time. My only complaint was the first couple nights the neighbors next door were very loud to the late hours but they checked out a couple days after we arrived. Other than that it was an outstanding stay!
