"Room and bathroom was very clean, staff at the bar were great. Building is showing its age, ice machine runs out of ice quickly, only 1 in building 3. But it’s a very comfortable place for the price. Been coming here the last 9 years and I would recommend for those not wanting to overspend."

"Nice rooms, with a big main living area and good sized bedrooms. We enjoyed the water park and the springs pool. Highly recommend $60 beach chair rental for the water park. The layout of the property is very confusing and it’s hard to navigate."

"The room was clean and we enjoyed having the small kitchen. The main complaint was the very uncomfortable beds (the mattresses definitely need to be replaced.) Also, the commode was so loud that my husband had to turn the water down so it wouldn’t wake up our grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort and all of it’s amenities."
