We stayed at this property 2 yrs ago and so I figured we'd come back....wish we hadn't. Our door wouldnt open or close without us struggling with it, the hair dryer handle got too hot to hold while drying my hair, we saw 2 roaches in the room, refrigerator wouldnt get cold, room smelled like mildew, carpet was sticky and lumpy, microwave didnt work and we had to take out our own trash on our 3rd day here. We will not ne staying again.

Stayed here many times and for the first time had a room facing the busy I4 roadway. It is very noisy traffic and noticeable in the rooms. Effectively 50% of users will face this. This would stop me using the hotel which otherwise provides good value for money. Extensive external upgrades over last couple of years. Hopefully the room internals will be next as they are looking a little old and gloomy.

I stay here 2x a year and even if I had a bad experience this time I will still book here regularly. Everything was amazing except the bathroom… door didn’t close, no ventilation, no hot water. Also the tv was stuck on descriptive video, extremely annoying!!!
