This place was great for the one night we stayed. I did choose this location because of the theme shuttle but beware that the pick up and drop off hours are limited. We chose to take an Uber back-and-forth and it was about 6 to 7 dollars each trip. The room was clean and the pools looked nice! Unfortunately, we did not have time to use them. Will consider staying here again on another trip. The room has a fridge and microwave, bonus for us to warm up our leftovers. The staff was extremely helpful and we were allowed to check in a little bit earlier and stay a little bit later for no extra charge.

Check in was quick and easy. I don’t like the $10 charge for parking, that should be included in the room rate! Room had an odor that was musty. We got some frebreeze that helped a lot! The shower didn’t work but maintenance fixed while we were out so we could shower the 2nd day. The bed was very firm and the pillows were very stiff and over stuffed. Made sleeping very difficult.

I sent an email reporting the issues, and the same level of concern they have about the USD 50 security deposit should be applied to a basic checklist to ensure the hotel is offered in habitable conditions, not with so many defective items. Additionally, there has been no response to the email I sent. I heard very positive feedback from other guests about the hotel and the kindness of the staff. However, I base my assessment on my own experience, and I do not recommend that this hotel be offered on platforms such as Experience, Booking, or Vrbo until measures are taken to ensure a minimum standard of care.

Not sure if it’s Expedia or hotel, but paid extra for breakfast to be included. The Expedia confirmation said free breakfast, which it wasn’t. When I checked in, the hotel said it was a limited cold continental buffet, vs their full hot breakfast. Kind of disappointed by entire booking experience.

The staff was very kind and friendly and our expectations were high - however we got there and as soon as we entered the room I was so disappointed. The room was so damp and smelled of mildew and sewage. Genuinely it was so horrible that we woke up with headaches because of the odors. Our towels weren’t clean and the walls were wet with condensation. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of the state of the room.

When I arrived I was greeted nicely and promptly by Hotel Staff. The young man let me know where to find my room as well as offered a friendly greeting by him. However, when I got to the room, the beds were not dressed and there were no pillows - everything was in bags set aside as if they were waiting for the cleaning service to come clean the room for Guest arrival. I was promptly given a new room which was ready. There was a sense of "unsafeness" that I felt staying here, though. I felt as if my room and where I parked my vehicle were not the most ideal and I just had an unexplainable sense of feeling unsafe staying at this hotel.
