We had a good time, but place needs some updating. The bed mattress wasn't comfortable and the shower area also needs to be updated starting to show some mold. The room had a jacuzzi but really didnt look cleaned at all to use.

The entire place needs renovated. The bathroom faucets and tub had jets with mildew/mold. The furniture is outdated and scratched up. People are so loud and we were beside a family on drugs that were fighting and screaming. The overall vibe is sketchy. I would not pay what we did again and the pics don’t match the the quality you get! I will say the front office was nice and the representative was amazing! Good customer service skills.

I am a frequent person that visits Legacy Suites many times throughout the year and each time it has gotten worse we were there celebrating a family birthday. We were in a total of three rooms with one vehicle. It was so sad that when we went to go park our vehicle we had no parking and we were told that a church group was there and that there was nothing they could do about parking if we wanted to park on the other side of the resort or find parking somewhere else that would be fine with them. So they were putting the needs of the other gas before me. I was not happy with us I asked to speak to a manager and a manager has never reached out. They did not call. They did not check on us to make sure that everything was OK. I ideally feel that I should be comped at least one night for the inconvenience that I had to park my car on the other side of the resort. In addition to that, the people that were there were all very ignorant and just playing up not family people. The pool look like it hadn’t been filtered in a while and it just didn’t have the same old Legacy fail that it wants dead again. I should be comped for one night of staying there at least The first room they put us in was in one section of the resort that had look like a lot of sketchy people and booked unsafe when we went into the room it smelt disgusting like mold so we had them change our rooms over to the other side. This is not The legacy I remember please pass this on to management and have them call me.

Very bad experience, front desk didnt have any clue where the rooms are and when requested for help was rude, furthremore the room had below issues. This is the worst place we ever stayed!! 1. No toilet paper in the bathroom How can a hotel forget about toilet paper? 2. The trash cans don't have plastic bags - these are basic stuff. 3. The water stopper in the bathroom was removed and kept aside and doesn't fit in!! 4. The rooms had several holes!! never know what's in there !! guests with kids beware!! 5. The bathroom door knob will not shut - how can we take bath without a lock on bathroom door - can u imagine!! 6. There was no soap in bathroom - that was classic!!.
