We booked this property based on the amenities and access described in the listing. Unfortunately, we experienced multiple significant issues that were not disclosed prior to booking and substantially impacted our stay: ‱ Heated pool/Hot Tub – The pool was barely heated and not usable as expected, despite being advertised as a heated pool. The Hot tub was coolder than the pool. ‱ Undisclosed HOA road closure and parking restriction – During our stay, the HOA re-tarred the road, preventing any vehicle access to the property for up to 48 hours. We were required to park at the clubhouse approximately a quarter mile away and walk back and forth, including at night, while carrying our belongings with three children. ‱ We were forced to leave the property early on one day to avoid being trapped and missing pre-planned travel and park reservations. And we were lucky to leave if i didnt go get breakfast we would have been trapped with no way to leave

The home was as described, was clean with comfortable beds and lots of small generous amenities like pool toys, umbrellas. Communication with the rental company was challenging at times but was sorted out swiftly. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great house and location

House was amazing had everything we needed!! Had a little problem with AC but after we contacted host it was fixed within hours. We stayed there during Milton and had no problems. Electric never even blinked. All in all it was a great hurrication!!

Disney Vacation

Our family booked this home for our Disney vacation and were more than pleased with our stay! Communication was fantastic, the owner was very quick to respond by phone/email. The house and pool were extremely clean and well equipped with anything we could've possibly needed. Location was prime for visiting the parks, and being down the road from a Walmart was a huge plus! 10/10 would recommend for your next vacation!

Close to Disney World Parks

This property was exactly as described online. Very clean and well maintained for a rental property. I only had 2 minor complaints... 1) The master bathroom shower needs some maintenance. The water dial did not work appropriately and took forever to get warm(not hot) water. Gave up after day 2 and utilized another bathroom shower. 2) The garage game room is nice but needs an AC unit. We were here mid-May with daytime temps in low 90's, and no way to cool that area for enjoyment in the evening. Probably a very enjoyable space from October-April when daytime temps are more modest. Some positive... 1) The drive to parks was very easy even during peak traffic it was easy to navigate. 2) House was in close proximity to an ER. My Husband had a medical emergency on day 2 and Orlando Health was amazing. Even transferred him to main Hospital 30 minutes away for a procedure. We entered the ER at 1 am and we were on our way home by 8 pm with treatment complete. Had to take it slow rest of trip, but because of their care we still got to have a trip.

Amazing Stay

The perfect place to stay for 5 adults / 2 kids. Could have easily had a few more-plenty of room. We loved the on site game room, great Wi-Fi, pool (it was too cold to get in ,but we tried to swim). It was not a bad ride to Disney. It was great to come home after the parks and unwind. We had no issues with using all 3 showers at the same time. Newly renovated- very homey, comfy and spacious!

We enjoyed all our space, we were grateful for all the pool toys, coolers and beach chairs we borrowed. Just really wish the pool was warm enough to swim in even after paying to heat it. Even the hot tub was cold.

Did The Trick!

We spent a week at Disney and this was about 15-30 minute drive depending on the park. The house was nice, beds were comfortable. Only two comments, you have to pay extra to heat the pool, which isn’t a problem, but the “hot tub” was just an attachment to the pool so it wasn’t hot at all. It would be nice if they would clarify that if you want to have a heated hot tub, you need to pay to heat the pool. The other issue was that the coffee pot where you put the water in the reservoir was completely black and nasty. We tried to clean it, but could not, and finally ended up using something else to make coffee. They need to replace that. Everything else was fine.

Everything was as expected for this home. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was great for days where we didn't go to the parks. The game room was fun, but we didn't utilize it much as it was too hot to be in the garage during our stay. Plenty of room for our large family to stretch out.

Very pleased with this rental. They had about everything one could need. There were pool toys, beach towels, booster seats, umbrellas, ponchos, hair straightner, fans, cooler, etc. Very spacious home. We had a good impression as we walked in. My kids enjoyed the garage and pool.

Perfect vacation home close to Disney

Great vacation home in a great location! Close to Disney and has everything you need for an awesome vacation. We came to Florida to watch a college baseball tournament. This home was in a perfect location convenient to all three venues for the tournament. We enjoyed the heated pool and game room every evening. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculate and has a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. There are even beach towels and a cooler to use for a day trip to the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better rental. Gated community and very safe. Hope to return again next year.

Rent this house!!!

If you are looking for a comfortable house for your family this is the one. The house has a lot of space and it is super organized and equipped with stuff you will need. Toys for the kids, iron, towels and the kitchen’s equipments are very good as well! The pool is amazing and the temperature was just like we expected! (I called before to make sure) LOCATION- 30-40min away from the popular area in Orlando.
