Welcome to our one-bedroom Modern Farmhouse, just minutes from Orlando's top attractions! Be 5 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World, and the Convention Center, and 8 minutes from Disney's Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The lively International Drive with its attractions and dining is just a 3-minute drive

It's a two-story Villa with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

UPSTAIRS: Relax in the cozy master bedroom with two queen-size beds, offering a perfect retreat after a day of adventure. Enjoy entertainment with cable TV and the convenience of a full bathroom within the master bedroom.

DOWNSTAIRS: Unwind in the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and take advantage of the comfortable breakfast area. Catch up on your favorite shows with another cable TV in the living space. The terrace also provides a perfect outdoor spot, and a second half bathroom adds to your convenience.

Keyless entry makes check-in easy after 4:30 pm.

Families can request a Pack n Play for only $45, subject to availability. We ensure a clean and safe stay with thorough cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces. Please inform ahead of time to set up.

Super convenient

A few kinks needed to be worked out in the beginning, but the host was responsive to any questions and concerns we had. We never experienced quite the short drive to Universal that was mentioned in the property info/description, but it was probably about as close as we could get without staying at one of the resorts. Conveniently located to a Super Walmart (always busy but to be expected for the area) grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We will be back and already booked the same location for a trip later this year.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war wirklich top – zentral und gut angebunden. Auch der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig: Bereits nach kurzem Barfußlaufen waren die Fußsohlen schwarz, die Fenster waren stark verschmutzt und insgesamt machte die Unterkunft keinen sauberen Eindruck. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass einige Dinge in der Wohnung nicht funktionierten. Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt hĂ€tte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein können.

A Nice Stay Overall

Our stay was a good one. All instructions for check-in and checkout were clear and timely. An excellent location as far as distance from Disney and Universal; about 10 minutes to each. Everything was as described, but I feel as if a few things were left out of the description. 1. We were asked to keep the AC at 72 in the check-in instructions. That combined with a thermostat that often reset back to 74 meant warm sleeping, which for us was a problem. 2. There was minor floor damage upstairs in the bedroom. While this isn't the biggest deal, the upstairs doesn't look exactly like the pictures as of now. 3. The apartment is right beside of interstate 4, so you can hear the traffic all night. We got used to it, but it was noteworthy. Again, this was overall a good stay and I would recommend it to those who are focused on proximity to entertainment, as we were.

Clean, Cute and Location!

Adorable, townhouse style apartment with everything you need. Clean, 2 parking spaces available, comfy beds and soft pillows. Minutes from the parks and easy access to drive to downtown or other areas. Abundant shops and restaurants nearby by car or prep meals in the small, well equipped kitchen. Americans - washcloths are in the upstairs bath drawer. Shower pressure is excellent. Neighbors were quiet but you may only park in designated spots. Notes .... Please add coffee cups. Highway noise could disturb sensitive sleepers. We brought a white noise sound machine. TV was not easy to use or cable was out. A few tiny ants in the kitchen. AC was automatically controlled, it seemed, which means temperature may not be to your comfort. Host might consider welcoming guests, a personal preference. Stairs will not suit disabilities.

Safe Haven

I needed a place that was quiet for good sleep during my three day masters swim meet, as well as a place to cook and relax between swims. Tatiana was the perfect hostess, with a lovely condo that was everything I needed. Tatiana responded to me quickly about grocery stores and proximity to the hotel where my father stayed. Since I return to the Rowdy Gaines meet each year, I will be staying here again next year!!! Thank you!

Great stay!

Tatiana property was spotl3ss clean and nicely decorated. Only issue I had was finding the unit as I was sent the wrong building number to start but Tatiana replied right away to direct me where to go. I would very much stay here again if I'm ever back to Orlando. It's close to everything as well.
