Private pool and game room near Disney!!!

Recently build and Modern. The home has been created with incredible attention to details. It has an open floor plan with a living-dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and counter-tops. This home has gorgeous tile floors throughout and beautiful finishing touches. The interior is fully furnished with all items personally chosen including quality mattresses, bed linens and towels. LED flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom.  Spacious game room with pool table. A great space to entertain! Laundry Room with full Washer/Dryer.   The home is highlighted by a custom pool area with a south facing extra-large pool and spa. Pool has all advanced features including a UV light that could be managed by remote control. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views from the large deck. Lounge on outdoor furniture while listening to the nature. There is also an outdoor BBQ for entertaining in style. It is just a few minutes from Disney attractions and close to the shops and restaurants in the area. It is also convenient for golf nearby.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
The minimum age required is 18.
Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.

BBQ grill and Pool heat has an additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.

We had several issues we experienced during our stay at the property.First, we paid for the heated pool for the duration of our stay, but it appeared to only be turned on for one day. This was disappointing since it was one of the amenities we specifically paid for and planned to use. And the pool was looked like it was never cleaned with green algae water.Additionally, the house was not as clean as expected upon arrival. There were several areas that did not appear to have been properly cleaned.Another major concern was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside the house cigarettes burns on the furniture- nobody in our party smokes cigarettes and the smell was all over our clothes and bags when we left the property Would not recommend to stay here..

Great location, great communication. My friends and I had to continually clean the pool due to the bugs. When renting, I have never had to pay an additional fee for use of the grill so this was sort of a bummer. Other than that everything else was ok.

Perfect vacation spot

Very nicely maintained home. Modern and comfortable. Never needed to adjust house temperature and pool was clean (a little on the cold side, though). I felt a little nickel and dimed over the $56 fee to use the grill, which I only used twice...overall 4 stars though!

Great Location

House was in a great neighborhood to get a walk or run in each morning. The back screened in patio with the pool to hang in the evening and to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. It’s also minutes from about anything you need.

Nice location for a spacious but sparsely equipped house

The home is in a great location close to Disney and Orlando attractions. There is plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The game room is nice although only a couple pool sticks were not broken and the dart board was missing pieces. It is clearly a very sparsely-stocked rental however. There were few towels. There are no starter items such as dishwasher detergent, although guests are told to run the dishwasher at check-out. There were enough seats in the kitchen area for family to sick. The living room configuration is not optimal and the lighting is very poor, making it not the nicest place to hang out in the evenings. Overall, location was why we chose it and it worked well for a family visit to Orlando.

Literally, ANYWHERE ELSE.

Let’s start by saying, the cleaning crew is severely lacking. The amount of hair, dirt, dust that was all over was absolutely disgusting. We had a few roaches join us for breakfast the first morning there. And they continued to come, we saw more each day that we were there. Don’t bother paying for heating of the pool and hot tub because Angie will flat out refuse to heat it. They set the heat to the hot tub at 84. Correct heating of a hot tub is 102-104 degrees, I explained this to her and she sent a maintenance man THE NEXT DAY to turn the heat up, instead of just telling me how to do it, so I lost a day of heating that I paid for and never got a refund. Even if you figure out how to heat it, she controls it through the wifi and will turn it right back off. It’s pointless. Avoid this property and any property from the company, do yourself a favor. And if you have children that you don’t want to be woken up, definitely avoid. They send lawn crew at 7:30AM. The absolute worst stay I’ve ever had and I use vrbo once a month. Rude people, disgusting, disrespectful, money hungry.

Nice Area...Close to Disney parks and attractions

This vacation home is exactly as listed. The home has modern, simple, finishes and the proximity to area attractions such as Disney parks is great. It met all of our needs and expectations for the week. Instructions for check in were emailed the day of arrival and we had no trouble entering the home. The rental company quickly responded when I reached out to them with a concern. They were readily available and professional.

Where do I start.. check in time states 3pm however at 3 I still hadnt received the check in directions. After talking to 3 different people I finally talked to a woman at Orlando Short Term who was very rude she then said Check in was 4pm. Upon arriving at the house it stunk so bad from the garbage cans that obviously hadnt been washed out in months and smelled like rotting flesh. After entering the home we noticed crumbs on the floors and counters, the bedsheets had not been washed and the showers had hair everywhere. We had to get cleaning supplies ourselves and wash all the bedding before we could even sleep! We also had to purchase a coffee pot since the one provided had no pot thay went with it. The hot tub wasnt warm upon arrival and after 5 days of being there it still hadnt been fixed. Definitely would recommend Windsor Hills over Indian Ridge anyday!!
