It’s really a wonderful stay. Pros: Room is very nice. Breakfast is really good and daily room service is excellent. Location is also excellent you will get almost everything around you. Close to all the Disney parks, Springs, Board walk Cons: There is no direct transportation available for Magic Kingdom and transportation to epcot is also not convenient for given timings.

The property appears in good condition even though it has been around for some time. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. The desk staff were very accommodating. I ate a very small amount of their food since I am vegan, however, I am not a fan of the management of the breakfast buffet. When I say management I am talking about the strict rule that you cannot eat your breakfast in your room if you use any part of the breakfast area or eat any of the food they provide. I wanted to use the toaster and eat some jam/ sauce they provide at the buffet. I was stopped the first day and told they would allow me to eat in my room that one time since most of my food was up in my room. Then I was told I had to eat breakfast in the area provided by the hotel the next day. I will take my own toaster the next time. The hotel provided a coffee machine, mini refrigerator, and a microwave in the rooms.

The staff (front desk, maids and the ladies of the Breakfast) were so grateful and very attentive. At arrival, we got early for check-in and Front Desk, Antony, was helpful and found us a room for a little cost for early check-in. The room was super clean, and bathroom with hot water. The breakfasts was top notche, definitely the highlight of our stay. 100% would stay again when going to the parks in Orlando. The only thing that did not meet or expectation was the shuttles to the parks. Is with a private company and pnly provided transportation to Universal park, and Epcot only, and Hollywood only for return Hopefully they can address it for next time. But every else was perfect for the amazing price of each night. 100% recommended.
