The property is clean and well maintained. Not a fan of community amenities (shampoo/conditioner). Beds and pillows need to be replaced. Mattress has sagging in middle and pillows are lumpy. Breakfast has plenty to offer. Staff are nice and accommodating. Motel is convenient to parks, restaurants and shopping.

The rooms need updates. The shower looked like you step in rinse yourself off and get out. The floor wasn't solid. It had bumps and when you walked on the floor, you can feel where is soft in several areas. Not sure what type of flooring is down in the rooms, but they definitely need to be checked out. We were in room #100. Also, the picture on line is not what we got for a room. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again! The girl at the front desk was very nice and friendly. That was the only good thing about our 1 night stay. Oh and the air conditioner would cut off and it would get hot in the room. It didn't stay on all the time. Not what else expected for sure!

Everything was perfect! Near Disney, rooms are very clean, staff is helpful, breakfast buffet is complet and in 2 days we stayed they even changed some things in the buffet for variety. The best for this price.

The bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Location close to parks was great on our rideshare budget. Walking distance to CVS and fast food places if desired. Full breakfast spread included both waffle and pancake makers. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this as a home base for your theme park trip.
