Everything was wonderful for our stay! The host was perfectly communicative both before, during and after our stay! The condo was beautiful just as pictured and very clean! We had everything we needed for a great stay including laundry which was wonderful to have that extra amenity to use. They keep everything organized and very clean! We wanted a relaxing visit but needed to be close to the convention center and it was perfect! There are so many outside amenities as well that it is also a wonderful place to bring a family! We would recommend this place to everyone visiting that area! It is perfect for whatever reason you are staying in Orlando!

Loved our stay at World

My husband, daughter and I stayed for 6 nights at this rental. We have stayed at Vista Cay before and already knew we like the location. The unit was exactly as it looks in the photos and the listing detail was highly accurate. Checking in was a breeze and the one time I had a question I had an answer within minutes. The unit itself is very nicely decorated. The furniture is comfortable, the mattresses were high quality and made for excellent sleeping. The towels were better than we normally see in a rental as well. There was a welcome basket upon arrival with some snacks and drinks. Such a nice touch! The unit is well stocked with dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and even had laundry items, which was nice. Everything you need to stay in and cook as well as a whole binder of info on the unit and the area. The only negative is the balcony (lanai?) faces the parking lot. The patio furniture is very nice and we did enjoy sitting out there for morning coffee and evening drinks. You can see the new Universal Resort from the balcony, which looks pretty cool. Overall, a very successful stay. We would definitely choose this unit again and very highly recommend it.

After Hurricane Milton!!

The condo was exactly as you see in the pictures - clean and comfy for our entire party. We had a bit of a snag as we arrived early and the lock is time driven, but communicating with the representative was quick and painless! Further communication during the stay was welcome so that nothing was able to go awry (the lock hub experienced an issue, but with quick communication it did not turn into a problem). We appreciated the many "starter" items that were provided, including dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, and sufficient paper products/garbage bags for our entire stay. I would highly recommend this unit for families looking for a place to stay in the Orlando area!

Loved this property. This was our 3rd stay in Vista Cay. Preferred this penthouse to the other 2 properties we previously stayed at. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. So comfortable and well appointed with necessities. Loved the welcome basket as we came in! We had everything we needed traveling with our two adult kids. Everyone had their own space. The penthouse is spotless and very well maintained. A 15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and/or to the Islands of Adventure. I will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in Orlando!!

Lovely property

This unit at Vista Cay was perfect for our two families. We were in town for the volleyball tournament. Our proximity to the convention center was great. The unit was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay again in the future!
