Located on 'Glenbrook' a quiet, high-end development on the outskirts of the city of Clermont FL. Only a few minutes walk from the nearest convenience store and only 10 miles from Disney and 25 miles from Universal Studios, you're close enough to all attractions but far enough to enjoy 'local Florida' and be out of the hustle and bustle. You will have a two-car drive to park your own vehicle(s), there is not many bus routes around the area so we recommend having your own transportation.



This villa will sleep 10 adults comfortably and is beautifully decorated with a relaxed tropical theme that anyone can enjoy! The pool and spa is covered by a large lanai and is NOT overlooked by any other property, it faces on to a reservation area creating a very quiet and peaceful setting.

Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.

Family vacay

The vacation home was very nice. The only thing that I would say is that Make sure all the TV's are working properly. And the refrigerator leaks a little bit. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Also, be more specific about heating the pool we would have selected the pool to be heated. We didnt kno that it included the Jacuzzi. I thought it was for the main pool. If we've known, we would have paid the extra 30 hours a day for the heated pool.

Convenient location to both Disney and Universal. The house was spacious and child friendly. They enjoyed the pool. Laundry facilities were a hit with the moms. Kitchen was great for breakfasts.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property for our brief respite. Pictures online should be updated. You'll be very happy with location and home amenities. Neighbors were very pleasant. Would definitely rent again. The property manager was absolutely amazing with last minute accomodations.
