the bad: the room was pretty small and the front desk service was slow, it took them over 5 minutes just to process getting a snack the good: the room service was great and really nice and its walking distance to Universal Studios overall we had a great stay

The room was clean, modern and had a stunning view. Plus our bartender Shiela was amazing! She made our time so much fun! Overall the hotel was awesome and had easy transportation to the parks.

The room we received was smaller than expected, even though we paid extra for an upgraded option. During our stay, two of our belongings were taken by the room cleaners, a brand‑new water bottle and a plushy doll with additional outfits we had purchased separately. We reported this to the front desk, but they claimed they hadn’t seen anything. They said they would escalate the issue to the night security team. When we followed up the next day, they insisted it was the first time they were hearing about it. I explained that we had already reported it the night before, and discussed about it but they denied it!!! The whole situation felt very strange and unprofessional. We ended up losing our items because of a dishonest cleaner or staff member. If you plan to stay at this hotel, be extremely careful with your belongings and avoid leaving anything out in the room.
