This property advertise this room is handicap accessible. There were no grab bars in the shower and the bed was so high after the ground. You could hardly get in it not one decent chair with arms to sit in otherwise OK.

Great hotel

Great hotel, great staff, very comfortable. Bed was a bit squeaky getting in and out. Only thing to point out is hotel TVs sound turns of at 10PM until around 7 due to quiet hours. Took me a while to realise and drove me crazy for first couple of nights!! Will deffo use again!

Couldn't sleep super noisy and people above me super loud the room wouldn't cool down. Felt like i was sleeping in a sauna. Management didnt do nothing about either complaint. Had to drive 6 hours after being up 24 hours. Will not be back

The staff was very friendly. My complaint is the temperature. They are energy efficient which is great..but I am not sleeping in a hot room. The thermostat stays at 70 and will not go lower. A helpful employee found me a fan and so I slept some. On the other side I was able to turn the heat up to 75 ..which didnt seem efficient either. Nice clean hotel with good staff...but not staying again.

I booked a room with a 2 double beds and pullout couch, which advertised would fit 6 people. Upon arrival, there was only a small chaise lounge in the room. When I inquired about this at the front desk, they said our reservation was only for 2 double beds. They had no other room available. I had to ask for a rollaway, which I was told they would cover in blankets as it was old and dirty. It was frustrating that information was no transferred from Expedia to the hotel. The room itself was nice. It was obvious that renovations had taken place very recently. The shower pan liner was very dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned for awhile.
