The hotel is old, it looks like staff is trying to make it better, clean and take care of the property but the property is old, the smell in the whole property is unpleasant and 8.8 rate is misleading comparing to other much better and newer hotels.

Clean, lovely room. No weird smells. Comfortable bed and great shower. Only thing is that someone from housekeeping came in while we were sleeping, i had the "do not disturb" sign hanging on our door and the extra lock locked....so they didn't get far.

Pictures are deceiving!

The pictures are quite deceiving! The hotel is much older and worn than it appears in photos. The pool are is much smaller than it looks and the hot tub is down and has been for quite some time. The beds were hard and pillows lumpy! We ran the microwave with the tv and blew a fuse. They didnt know how to fix it so we had to move to another room!

Nice hotel and excellent breakfast. Soundproofing walls and ceiling would be a good investment along with the air-conditioning and whistling water pipes. All in all, nice hotel at a decent rate.

Staff was nice and gave recommendations for grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Room was very clean! Only 20 minutes from Valley of Fire State Park.

It’s really about the only option in Overton, so your options are extremely limited if you want to stay in town. The front desk was very welcoming, the bed wasn’t terribly comfortable, and the place is older. The breakfast is not great. Nothing was horrible, but everything was sub-par in my opinion. Quiet stay. One night for work at a client site.
