This building was once featured by Better Homes and Gardens Magazine which highlighted its proximity to the ocean and spectacular views. Located les than 60 feet from the water's edge, you can step onto your front deck, feel the waves' mist on your face and Listen To The Waves.

Pacific Grove has been voted 'most romantic town'. Full bay views are seen from this 1,150 sf Ocean View Boulevard home. Watch for wildlife, sailboats and the sparkling lights that come out in the evenings. An easy 3-block walk to the renown Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row.

Located near a protected sea lion birthing area which can be viewed from the large ocean view windows of the home along with abundant sea wildlife like birds, otters, dolphins and more.

Right outside your door is the Monterey recreation trail that connects Pebble BeachÂź and its world-class golf courses, Asilomar, Lovers Point, historic Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf, the Monterey Bay Aquarium all the way to Santa Cruz. It is perfect for strolls, runs, cycling and traveling from place to place on foot or bike.

Enjoy nearby Scenic drives like 17 Mile DriveÂź in Pebble BeachÂź and the Pacific Coast Highway to Carmel, Big Sur and beyond. This fantastic location puts you close to everything you want to see when you visit the Monterey area where weather is mild year-round. While photos can't quite do it justice, they do accurately represent the home and its views. This luxurious vacation rental and its complex were once featured in Sunset magazine for their ideal proximity to world famous dining, shopping and recreational opportunities.

Living Space, Kitchen and Dining
This attractive home is located in a duplex with cedar-shake siding and a new ocean view redwood deck. The upstairs unit is home to a full-time resident and this lower unit hosts shorter term vacationers. About 6 steps up from the street; a gradual ramp goes from the parking area to the back door. All one level once inside.

This 1,150 sf unit enters into a shared common area living room space furnished with a TV, table, chairs, bench and games - a perfect place for gathering for chats, games and meals, or working from your laptop on the ultra-fast tier gigabit speed internet suitable for multiple devices for fast streaming and conducting business on the go.

An ocean view lounging area with an L-shaped sofa is located in Bedroom #1 near its TV.

The well-equipped eat-in kitchen (no dishwasher) will help you craft tasty meals at home and when you want to eat out, head either direction along the bay trail to find dining options nearby.

A washer and dryer are near the kitchen.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each bedroom has an equal full bay view from large windows, remote controls for the window shades allowing for privacy and views, and TVs.
On one side of the common area, Bedroom #1 has a king bed, seating and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
On the other side of the common area, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a seating area with sofa near the TV and electric fireplace operated by remote control.
The nearby full hall bathroom has a standing shower.

All TVs in the home are wifi-enabled Smart TVs. Guests should bring the logins for their own streaming subscriptions for viewing. The internet speed is ideal for streaming.

Two dedicated parking spaces (one is covered) for small-medium vehicles are provided just to the rear of the building plus free street parking.

This home has hi-tech streamlined access for keyless smart locks by apps or Apple touch entry including digital backlit keypads for ease of entry, day or night, rain or shine making your arrival safe and convenient.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

Loved the property. It was magical. The location is everything. The process of getting access to the property could have been communicated better. This doesn’t reflect on the property. The views and location couldn’t have been better. Right across were new baby seal pups and their moms. Such a “Bucket List” moment!

Directly across from the ocean and pathway to the Aquarium. Just outside of the busy foot traffic. Peaceful stay on the edge of lots of things to do - restaurants, aquarium, shopping, quiet beaches, sea otters. It has it all! We will definitely be back.

Pillows are sub par on the beds. Standard check out time is 11am. 10 am is inconvenient. House advertised as 2 bed 3 bath. It was one bedroom with a second bed by the sectional. The view was the best part, overall lovely property.

Well stocked, clean, great location. Could walk everywhere, but rented e-bikes which was even better. The traffic is a little loud but really not very bad in the early morning or late evening when we were mostly at the house.

We really liked this property. Great views and short half mile walk to aquarium and cannery row. Well maintained and the wine, cheese, crackers, coffee, and popcorn were a nice touch! There’s no living room, but there’s a makeshift living room in the second bedroom. The sectional was broke and didn’t recline. The only other drawback is the property is on a heavy traffic street. A little noisy when trying to sleep, but the beds are really comfortable and a sound machine app really helps. Would recommend!

Location Views Location

You cannot beat the location and views of this property. Everything in Monterey is walkable and the walk/bike along the Bay in the other direction towards Carmel goes as far as you can walk/bike. You can walk to dinner at a dozen restaurants in Monterey as well as the grocery store. We watched the sunset from the front patio. Great location.

Excellent property and location. View out the window looking at the ocean was amazing. Close to everything we wanted and needed. Communication with host was seamless and the responded to our requests in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again if we were in Monterey.

Beautiful Sea View of Otters

An unbelievably beautiful location and property. Luxurious, lots of little touches to make it feel even more so. Very clean, very well appointed, everything you could need. Walking distance from town for groceries and eating. Fantastic sea view of otters through the amazing front windows. Can’t wait to come back.
