This beautiful condo is a ground floor unit that has been fully updated and is with in walking distance to restaurants, Coffee Shop & Grocery Store. Located in the South end of Palm Springs putting you in easy access to all the valley attractions. The Biltmore complex has a fabulous pool, spa, outdoor lounge areas, and BBQ area. This unit has a nice outdoor private patio that is quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked with all you need to enjoy your stay, just bring your clothes and personal items. Just steps to the pool and spa. Last minute opportunity!

Very enjoyable stay

We really liked the main floor unit and nice patio for morning coffee. The condo is nicely equipped with many kitchen extras, plenty of fluffy towels and a super updated ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The complex has a beautiful pool area with a laundry room a short walk to the lobby area. We used the barbecues available to residents also situated by the pool/hot tub. There are neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants. Most Palm Springs dining is a very short drive away, as is Ralphs for grocery shopping. There is lots of street parking right by the condo which makes up for the one awkward covered spot that comes with the unit. The property manager, Grady is great and responds quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend staying at this quiet and comfortable unit.

Great Location

The location of Biltmore II was perfect for exploring the Palm Springs area. It was within walking distance of many restaurants. The view of the mountains from the pool area was spectacular. Grady was very responsive to all of my requests. Overall, it was a great place to be for a 30 day vacation.

You Have To Stay Here

Staying at the Biltmore in Palm Springs has been exceptional! Grady, our manager, was very responsive and we had minimal requests. In the past we have always stayed in the Palm Desert, however, everything we wanted to do was in Palm Springs. We are close to all the greatest hiking trails and site seeing. There great shops, farmers markets and downtown Palm Springs is one mile away. There is a well maintained pool, hot tub, barbeques, and gathering area. Even though you are near the most popular street, Palm Canyon Drive, you do not hear any traffic at all here. Our patio faces NE so we were never in the hot sun. We also have a 6’ hedge in front of our patio for privacy with a round patio table and four chairs. The whole unit is remodeled with exquisite taste, all new appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and both bathrooms. The kitchen is very well-appointed with every kind of dish you’d need for cooking and baking. I loved all the beautiful Fiesta ware. Each room has a ceiling fan and so does the patio. There is a wonderful walking path nearby and multiple coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo is in a great area, close to everything in Palm Springs, yet still quiet and private. Unit was spotlessly clean, in excellent condition, nicely designed, well decorated, remodeled kitchen with newer appliances and bathrooms. Well appointed with everything we could want or need for a 30 day stay or longer. As stated by others, Grady is wonderful! (and partner Mel) the property managers are very reliable, helpful and a pleasure to work with! We had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to rent this or another property from them again!

Grady was outstanding in his treatment of us. He met us at exactly the time we had arranged and gave us a thorough tour of the place . When we had any small issues he was on hand and quickly fixed the problem. Eveything was a small problem and mostly just questions . We can’t say enough good things about this man . All went well . Unfortunately we had to vacate early due to the virus and return to Canada. We are sorry we missed two weeks there and do hope the owner will give some compensation to us but also are aware they must make payments as well . You have an excellent property manager ! Loved our stay

We really enjoyed our one month stay at this very comfortable, quiet and well equipped condo. The location is perfect as it is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and central Palm Springs, with only a short drive to the peripheral desert cities. Although the condo complex is not gated, it nevertheless is very safe and quiet. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the pool area is spacious, and the pool itself is very refreshing. The residents as well as the visitors of this complex are very welcoming and friendly. We found everything we needed in the condo unit as the kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, bathrooms were well supplied and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. There is a laundry facility on the same floor making this a very convenient amenity. Wifi provided a good, solid connection and the large, flat screen TV had a good selection of programming. We encountered no issues during our stay. The owner is very personable, friendly, and responsive. The owner, Grady, met us upon arrival and took the time to explain everything about the complex, condo, parking, etc., and answered all of our questions. Thanks for everything Grady! We cannot recommend this condo unit enough as we can only echo the many prior positive reviews about this property. Looking forward to our next stay here.

wonderful stay

We stayed for a total of 5 weeks over the 2019 Christmas into mid January 2020. The manager was very accommodating and friendly and receptive to any questions and needs. Thank you Grady! The unit is very well appointed: beds extremely confortable ( Tempur Pedic Queen and Beauty Rest ) The layout of the unit is very open, and nice to live in. Couches comfortable. Excellent kitchen and everything needed to make lovely meals. Excellent WIFI and Cable The property is very well maintained; pool area is spectacular as is landscaping. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe, close to everything People who live on site are extremely friendly We had a great time and are looking forward to next year!

Great Condo Great Location

Beautiful clean 2 BR 2 Bath in a beautiful neighborhood that is safe and quiet. Located only a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs and close to coffee shops grocery stores and great restaurants. Home Owner is personable and is easy to work with. Highly Recommend this property!!

Very Well Equipped Condo in Convenient Location

Comfortable, spacious, clean and very well equipped condo. Updated and looks exactly as photographed.. Furnishings and Beds are comfortable with plenty of linens. Complex offers friendly welcoming locals and other guests. Pool and Hot Tub a great place to relax and if you like to BBQ offers outdoor gas fireplaces. Laundry available in complex not unit but does offer good Washer/Dryers. In our opinion this unit offers everything you would anticipate for a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely place to call home for a month!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this thoughtfully appointed condominium. It looks just as depicted on the Internet. The owner, who we understand comes to stay each year, has decorated and furnished this condo with good taste and care. The kitchen is upscale, with a wonderful gas cooking range, Bosch dishwasher and granite counters. Everything I needed to make even a special dinner was in the kitchen. We received a warm welcome from the manager and observed that the people who live in this complex as permanent residents are very friendly. The pool area was immaculately maintained. Whoever cleans this condo has very high standards as it, too, was immaculate when we arrived. The only improvement I would recommend is to put a king sized bed in the master bedroom. I had a bit of a struggle getting used to a queen sized bed. We actually looked into rebooking this lovely condo for next year but it's not available when we will next be in Palm Springs. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed here for a month and loved every minute. The unit was very clean and newly remodeled. It had everything we needed. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. Also, the pool was great. The only improvement I can see is replacing the bed in the master with a king size, as there is plenty of room. With that said, we would definitely stay here again. We'll be back!
