Yes, Sarah could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. The rental, albeit on the small size, was extremely well appointed, updated and clean. The location was perfect for first time visitors such as ourselves. Close to downtown that we could have walked to some of the closer SE downtown locales were my back not acting up. Otherwise, we weren’t more than a few minutes drive from any downtown restaurant, museum etc.

This condo was perfect and so well-maintained. It was truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. It had everything we could need including all the essentials you often have to run out and buy. The kitchen was fully stocked, the linens were fresh, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Host Sara was so welcoming and communicative and provided us restaurant and golf recos.The location was perfect. Beautiful view of the mountains and just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, making it super easy to get to restaurants, shops, and all the local spots.We loved our stay and would absolutely book this condo again. The location is idea for strolling to the main strip with bars, restaurants, etc. The unit itself is very comfortable and clean with a very functional kitchen and 2 balcony's to chose from. Secure parking, app-based laundry and the pool area are all great add-ons too.The host was very proactive and friendly. All around, a great stay.

Good Location

We enjoyed our stay. Accommodation were great and had everything we needed. The pool was nice. We were in walking distance to all the downtown hot spots. Building on the outside is a little dated, but who cares? Everything was great!

Long awaited return.

First time back to Palm Springs in 12 years and wanted to be close to downtown. Great bed, spotless modern unit, perfect amenities, and easy walk to so many wonderful things. Parking was secure and very convenient although we only needed our car for a few visits to neighboring communities. Ease of doing business with the host, Sarah, was such a pleasure. We highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was in a great place just blocks from the downtown area. It was well stocked with everything you need from coffee to pool towels. The back balcony had beautiful views of the mountains, upgraded appliances, comfy bed and the pool was very nice and well maintained. Sarah was great at communicating and such a big help with suggestions and available for anything needed. I would definitely return and tell my friends about this place!

Week in Palm Springs

Very well located. You can walk to most restaurants most of which are very good to excellent. The condo was well equipped (3 coffee makers! Nespresso, Keurig and drip). The only thing lacking was an ice maker and filtered water in the refrigerator.

Great location

It was a great location. Noisy on 2nd floor from people above and from road noise. The flat could use a better blind in living area to give light but privacy. Far too dark. No kettle, blunt knives. Otherwise very well equipped. It was seemed expensive in January as it was too cold to use the pool.
