One bedroom condo in the heart of Palm Springs. Comfortable living room and dining table for 4. Kitchen is fully outfitted for just about all your cooking needs. 2 balconies for you to sit outside and enjoy views of the pool , tennis courts and mountains. Electric BBQ grill provided. Bedroom has king size bed. Both living room and bedroom have flat screen TVs with cable TV provided in the living room and Roku channels in the bedroom. All linens and towels are provided as are body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Complex has a large pool, hot tub and tennis courts for your enjoyment. Short walk to downtown Palm Springs and all the shops, nightlife and restaurants you could ask for. Parking is located off the street in an uncovered lot on the condo premises. Coin laundry in building if needed. Just a short Uber ride from the airport.

A starter amount of TP, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, shampoo and body wash is provided.

The host was responsive to a problem that arose. Overall the condo is comfortable. It could use a facelift for sure. The location is great if you want to be close to downtown Palm Springs.

Needs some love.

The location is great. Very walkable. The communication with the property managers was good.The condition of the condo is very lackluster. One of the burners on the stove does not work. The kitchen is very disorganized. Not set up in an orderly fashion. The cabinets have chipping paint. Needs a refresh. The same goes for the bathroom. A new vanity is needed. The current one is very old with stains in the drawers. The bathmat looked very dirty. Slow drain in the sink. The bed was very comfortable, but pillows need changed out. The carpet in the bedroom had several stains on it.The throw rug in the living area was very dark and dingy with one corner turned up. It is a tripping hazard. Overall it did not feel like a clean unit. I would not stay here again.

Although unit was a little dated, it was exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs. Location was great and close to downtown Palm Springs. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Jon was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Palm Springs.

Third Stay Still A Charm

We love this complex and we have loved this unit three times and our trip next year is booked. Great location. Walk anywhere downtown for dinner, shopping, and Thursday street fest. Complex is lovely. Pool area fantastic. Well stocked condo and comfortable king size bed.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well situated in the development (some stairs requited for access). The space was small, but adequate. Kitchen/bathroom both well stocked with necessities (beyond expectations). Very comfy king bed. The pool area was fantastic... sun and shade and lots of loungers. Easy walk to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The only negative was traffic noise.

Great Location and Very Clean Unit

We enjoyed our stay in this condo during Modernism Week in Palm Springs. It was very clean and was centrally located which made getting to events easy. We had excellent communications with the host and checking in was very straightforward. Everything worked well and we had no problems. The only thing I would mention is it's on the 3rd floor. There's an elevator to the 2nd floor of the building. You have to walk up 10+ steps to get to the front door.

Awesome place!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Space was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was really nice and very quiet. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores (about 7 min walk to downtown). Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Near Downtown

This property was very clean and comfortable for a long weekend stay in Palm Springs. A short walk to lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Good driving distance to other local attractions. The complex was quiet and clean with a very nice relaxing pool area. After a long day out, the cloud like bed and pillows made for a restful sleep.

The condo was immaculate and provided everything one could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! So close to downtown, within walking distance. We are not as young as we used to be so the stairs to the unit were a little challenging but we chalked it up to daily exercise. The pool was great and we enjoyed both balconies. Fun times!

Excellent Downtown Complex

Great hosts. Condo was clean and well equipped. Best location for walking to restaurants, shopping, and sites. Bed very comfortable and that is a plus when stay for nearly 3 weeks. Would stay here again. Complex and pool very nice.

Fabulous location!

Nice apartment in perfect location

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need. The bed is the most comfortable bed we've slept in apart from our own. It's 2 blocks away from downtown and we walked it all the time. We would stay here again. Make sure to check out Thursday night street fest!
