Enjoy our Modern Desert Oasis. This Private & Dual Gated Compound has been customized for a relaxing Hollywood-esque Hideaway Weekend complete with private Pool + Spa and roundabout driveway. This Doggo Friendly Modern Desert Castle has 2 roomie living spaces, a formal living and dining room in front and remodeled kitchen with great room facing the pool, as well as very spacious accommodations. Features 3 king + 2 queen beds, in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This custom and welcoming home is perfectly self sustaining for entertaining and staying in, and also conveniently walking distance to all grocery / dining / gym as well as multiple Starbucks locations all within 1 block (and even a carniceria :-) with an additional shopping center 2 blocks away. Located 5 - 7 minutes to the airport or downtown Palm Springs strip. Please note: Jacuzzi is built in and use is limited during extreme winter temperatures due to concrete and in-ground construction, depending on outdoor temperature. To confirm spa weather conditions in the winter, please reach out before your stay. Clean, updated and well stocked! Lots of spaces for chatting, relaxing and playing games. Just a few minutes from airport, downtown, and local attractions. Our only suggestion would have been to have a “welcome binder” with house info (Wi-Fi code, gate clickers, etc) like we’ve seen in other rentals. Highly recommend!!

This property was clean and spacious with ample sleeping options. Kitchen is well stocked and appointed with newer appliances. The pool was perfect too! Very convenient shopping and restaurants nearby and a 6 min Uber to town. Very convenient!

Perfect Desert Getaway

To say my family and I had a great time would not be enough! Contact with property manager was stellar, house was clean, comfortable and the pool was amazing! Private backyard, property is very well maintained and we had everything we needed to make some fun family memories. Great location near a market, coffee and anything else you might need. We will absolutely be back!

The space was more than we needed for a family of 8. The property manager was available and answered my text quickly regarding the pool. The remote want working but he handled it for us remotely. I would definitely stay here again.

A great escape!

Great Location for Convention Center

We were in town for business at the Palm Springs Convention Center. This home was an easy drive to and from each day. The kitchen was immaculate with updated appliances. Bedrooms were very comfortable.The only downside is that this house is directly under the flight path to the airport. It is very loud until about 10pm, and starts again at 5:30am. We were away working all day, so this wasn't too much of a nuisance.I would recommend that bath towels be stored in each bathroom. We had to search the entire house to find them stored in a hallway closet. One guest did not realize bath towels were not already there, and showered without a towel available for drying off. I'd also suggest the cleaners wiping down the edges of all the doors, as they are very dirty.All in all, we were very happy with the comfort and quality of this home.

We loved our stay. Exactly what was described. We had eight adults. Would love the fact that they had king size beds so if you had to share and three bathrooms. Our women's softball team travels quite a few times a year we are very happy

Great weekend getaway.

Four couples enjoyed this property very much. Jacuzzi and pool were a good size, BBQ was nice to grill on, and appreciated seating options for relaxing, both inside and out. Kitchen has modern appliances and two islands for sink, storage, and countertop space. Bedrooms are nice sized, with huge master bedroom and bath. This property is conveniently located for quick access to shopping, casino, and dining. Rick was helpful and responsive with our questions and instructions. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

This place was absolutely perfect. We were next to the grocery store. And close by to our wedding venue for the wedding. The host Rick was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this place for any person looking to stay in Palm Springs. My only down side was one of the beds was super hard and there were only 3 hangers. But over all 5 stars.

Great location, Great property, Great Stay!

Our stay at Ricky’s property was amazing. It was perfect for our Fay stagecoach weekend! It was a perfect property to relax in the morning and recharge by the pool then go out for the festival in the afternoon. Property was clean and stocked. There was a grocery store across the street which was convenient. Ricky was great at communicating and was super nice and friendly. I would recommend anyone needing a place to stay in the area stay at this property!

Great place for a large group

This is a great space with so many different spots to relax. Our group made great use of the large kitchen, cooking and grilling. Kitchen has everything tool-wise you’d want as well. The host Ricky was very responsive when we had questions and overall friendly and chill. We had a blast, I’d love to come back here again.

The house accommodated our family very nicely five adults and one teen and two children. It was very clean. The host was always available to answer any questions online. We had a great stay. I would recommend that there be written instructions for things like use of hot tub, accessing WiFi, and expectations for check-out.
