We had an amazing time during our 4 night stay. The breakfast buffet was always filled with fresh food and plenty of variety. We can highly recommend the evening buffet which exceeded our expectations for a hotel buffet. There could be more shuttle buses towards Disneyland since they were always crowded. The pool was nice but could do with warm water showers and a bit of updating.

Viable alternative to Disney hotels

Good location with reliable shuttle to Park & station every 20-30 mins - but important to note this is only 1 per hour during the afternoon. Useful to have luggage room on day of departure. Probably won’t be spending much time actually at hotel - but nice to have pool and views/ grounds are pretty.

Hotel rooms are small , room is fairly clean. Hotel lobby us nice but breakfast is weak and restaurant is not Clean at all and very hard to find a table. Shuttle service to disney is efficient.

Functional hotel, excellent staff but nothing spec

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel uses a strong perfume at the main entrance which is overpowering. The toliet at reception was not so clean with an odour which isn't a good reflection of the hotel. The family room with bunk beds for kids is basic, nothing fancy. The hotel does not provide bottled water in the room. No iron, required €50 deposit. Entrance to the pool area is smelly and unpleasant, very humid and stale. On the positive side, free shuttle to parks, and good breakfast. The bar is great with a large open space to relax after a long day. Personally, I should have paid a little more and booked the Magic Circus Hotel next door.

The reception area on arrival was full of people’s fast food rubbish. I noticed this on several occasion. The restaurant does not open till 6:30pm and the bar or room service does not offer children’s meals. Tea/coffee facilities are no restocked. Reception desk are very polite and helpful unfortunately the bar staff are not and quite rude definitely not a service with a smile. I would rate the hotel as a 3 star.

Over all it was great, breakfast was really good. Room layout with bunk beds worked very well with us. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was a squash and a squeeze. It was very hot on the hotel room and there was no Aircon working but it was manageable.
