Great PHL stay

From check in to check out, staff was all very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Only issue is not serving food at bar, hopefully everyone can get trained in that covers bar shifts. Definitely will be my go-to hotel for all PHL visits!

I am a family of 5 and when I was searching for a property that can accommodate 5, aloft was listed as one of many. When I arrived during checkin at aloft, the clearly said there is no room that can accommodate 5 people. Clearly Expedia search was at fault. The staff at the aloft help to accommodate a rolling bed in our room. There was not much room left to walk around in the room once the bed was placed but since we just had to sleep for the night we were ok with that.

The restaurant was not open so I had to walk across street to get food. Person who checked me in wanted me to be in a ground level room as a woman traveling alone but luckily she got me on higher floor. Hotel was decent but a little rough around the edges.

Bar wasn’t open on a Saturday night. NFL championship game wasn’t televised. Had to Uber to watch the game. Door handle in bathroom was broke. Ran out of hot water in minutes. Never stay there again
