Breakfast could be better, no option for a dairy allergy person. Eggs not that good. More variety should be better. Carpet Floors has to be clean and vacuum in the hallways. Rooms were clean. But no heat just a cool blowing machine.

The house cleaning staff were the worst, day 1, the room was ok bed was made towels were clean. After that it was all downhill. Our bed was never made again. after 2 days I notified the front desk who was going to talk to the proper person to rectify. Then no result with bed, or trash pick up. We did get clean towels that day so someone must have come in. The last day there a young woman arrived early am and we told her we needed a few minutes to get dressed, she indicated she would just get clean towels and be back, she left the door open so we took it as she was coming right back. When we left the room around 12 she still had not returned, so I tracked her down to let her know we were going out and she could do the the room, but when we came back around 8 the room was open with the latch keeping it open as they do and nothing was done. Needless to say we were a little upset to think our room had been unlocked all day. I called the front desk again and they were going to handle but we never received a response or concern. Very disappointed in Hampton Inn.

Starting from the lobby, it looked like a cheap motel. There was a stained dirty towel under the lemon water jug. The receptionist was nice though when checking us in. Everywhere was just rough and dirty. However it didnt stink which was a relief. The breakfast was decent but not great. We had to change rooms because the toilet wasn’t working and when we asked for maintenance to check it out, no one came. They offered free coffee and tea in the lobby but the water was forever lukewarm and NEVER hot. We complained but for the entire time we were there, it was the same. There were also front desk staff that had been there for a few days and knew absolutely nothing about anything. Also our room keys stopped working randomly and when we got back late a night, we met a new guy who didn’t even bother to verify any of us when we asked for the keys to be replaced….so anyone could have just walked in and have blank card programmed to our room!!! He just asked what’s your room number!!!

Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants. Need to make it so the door for the shower opens where you turn it on not at the end as it is easy to get burned if you don't turn it far enough.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was clean and comfy. The only issue was the plumbing. The toilet did not flush and the shower water was on roller-coaster ride. Water kept going from hot to cold so, that was interesting. The hallway smelt like weed.othee then that... would stay there again.

We’re never disappointed when staying at Hampton Inn; and it was no different in Philadelphia. The layout of the room was great with nice modern decor and had a comfortable bed. We had a good night’s rest. The staff was very accommodating.

Nice spot to stay on my business trip food in lobby for quick bite when you don’t want to go some where to get food nice room comfortable bed and Netflix and Disney plus where an option to login too so I could just watch my shows and go to bed

The carpet in the hallways was dirty, but the rooms were very clean. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were awesome! Everyone was so polite and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Place was easy in and out and comfortable, clean and treated well. I book thru Expedia and have stayed at the hotel atleast 10 times but the last two times when I get my email receipt it has no prices on it and when I called they say they can't acces that info because it was booked thru a 3rd party. I told them I have before and if I don't get the correct invoice with prices I don't get my reimbursement. I told them I would start staying somewhere else and they did not seem to care.
