Let our second home be your getaway destination! Private 6ft deep solar HEATED pool with waterfall feature and lighting, spa, putting green, and dual gas/charcoal BBQ. Located in Wigwam Creek North. We are 2.5 miles from the Wigwam Resort and 3 miles to the Wigwam Golf Club.
Close to 101 and I-10. 25 miles to Scottsdale. Close to shopping, multiple golf courses, minutes to the University of Phoenix Stadium, spring training baseball fields, Desert Diamond Casino, horse races, NASCAR, hiking, and only 23 miles from Sky Harbor Airport.
Sleeps 6 easily. Queen aerobed as well as large living room couch allows for more guests.
Quiet, private neighborhood has a large park in walking distance for families to enjoy
Heating the pool is included with your stay. Home and pool has Solar/electric.

Nice place with a great pool and spa

Nice house with a great backyard. Well equipped kitchen and close to Fry's and Costco. We used the spa and pool everyday, the backyard is enclosed and private. I brought by motorcycle and had the use of the garage which worked out well for parking it and storing some extra stuff we had. Sabrina, the host, was responsive to any questions and our whole stay was great. When we booked I noted some complaints about dogs barking, there was some of that, but it was not that bad and didn't affect anything we were doing. We'd stay there again.

Between the neighbors dogs barking all day and night and the jets from the air force base flying overhead all day long it was very noisy. Location was great for golfing, but not great for riding bike. Master bed was very uncomfortable.

It was great having a fully stocked and equiped house. The host Sabrina was very good at quick responses to all my enquiries. The Hot Tub and heated pool were used almost daily and worked excellently without any issues. This was my first Snowbird experience and I definately will be coming back next winter.

Great Place

The place is very easy to get to and the instructions were simple to follow for checking in and out. The pool, shaded area and lounge chairs were used everyday and were great. Highly recommend this place to stay in.

Christmas in Phoenix.

My parents, daughter, and myself came down to visit my sons who are 19 year old twins, and just moved to the area for school. They were home for thanksgiving, and just started new jobs, so we decided it would be easier to come to them for Christmas, we are from MN. The home was perfect and made Christmas feel much like it would back home. The pool did not heat, I was most likely not doing it correctly, but the hot tub was perfect and exactly what this mom needed! It was great to have our own space to enjoy Christmas together. The host were more than accommodating and answered questions immediately, even with it being a holiday. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Happy Days Hitting Some Warmth

We love spending holidays with family and your home provided that perfect place for my hubby and I to have a home-away-from-home. Central location was great and place was nice and clean; and despite that it was a bit cooler this year, we were still able to use the pool and jacuzzi (a treat)... and my hubby played around on the putting green for a bit, too. Nice touch. There were only two notes we wanted to make, 1) water pressure in the master was a bit low but still worked for us and 2) beware of neighbors as branches and an old box had been thrown over the fence, which fortunately did not make it into the pool. We got rid of those. All in all - great place and would come back :+) Thanks too, to Sabrina, for quick responses to a few queries we had. Loved it!!
