Our room was comfortable and clean. The service was great. However, we had a couple issues. Our remote control sometimes worked for the first hour and then it stopped working completely. The shower was odd, it was a walk-in with no step but no matter how we angled the shower head, a ton of water ended up on the floor outside of the shower. When we checked in at 8:30 pm, there was quite a long wait and the total price was over $70 higher than what we were quoted. Our quote did include fees and taxes so I was surprised by what we were charged.

The sound from the party going on downstairs carried up to the fifth floor and made it hard to sleep. The front door hangs up. The coffee maker wasn’t operating correctly and the most annoying issue is that the toilet had to be flushed 2 to 3 times. The carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food and service were excellent.

I thought it was a great place when we walked in. They only charged $50 deposit which was great and they accepted my chime credit card which was awesomeness! Other hotels wont take that card. But..... They carged me $35 parking fee to park in this far away garage, not connected to the hotel and didnt say a word about that huge parking fee until check out. Then when she told me she wasn't giving my deposit back because of the parking fee iwas shocked and all she said was "the information is listed on the website". I didn't book from their website and had no warning about this. That money they charged my card was my gas money to get home. So i was stranded and they could care less. Not cool!
