Welcome to one of the most well known historic neighborhoods in all of Phoenix... the family friendly Windsor Neighborhood. Walk through the neighborhood and check out all the unique historic homes on the way to Uptown Plaza… the first strip mall shopping center in Phoenix. OR take just as short of a walk on 7th St for a bite to eat at any of the great spots along "Restaurant Row".

The first homes in the Windsor neighborhood were built in 1929, but the neighborhood didn't reach completion of all homes until the early 1950's, due to the depression and WWII.

Originally opened in 1955 at the corner of Central and Camelback, Uptown plaza was completely remodeled a few years back to bring the original look and feel back, but with an updated modern luxury twist.
AJ’s Fine Foods, Huss Brewery, Sushi Vibe, Lou Malnati’s, Flower Child, Dapper & Stout, Chula’s Seafood, The Boardroom, West Elm, The Muse, Shake Shack, Zookz Sandwich Shop and Nektar Juice Bar are a number of the great spots all located in Uptown Plaza… but there’s still more than that.

Minutes from Camelback mountain (also seen from the street) and only 2.5 miles to the famed Arizona Biltmore hotel, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the late 1920’s. The Biltmore Fashion Square shopping, entertainment and restaurant area is adjacent as well.

Centrally located throughout the entire Phoenix valley, excellent for accessing Phoenix has to offer! Very close to GCU, we regularly host families and students as well :)

2 kids and labradoodle dog on property. Shared access to our pool in the backyard. Please note that it is not heated and the removable fence remains down. Please reach out if fence needed for small kids, etc ahead of time.
