This newly-built modern guesthouse is made for an AZ experience. Open the double French doors and enjoy some indoor/outdoor living.

It's in mid-town; close to all Phoenix has to offer, but tucked away in a neighborhood at the back of a property so you'll have your refuge and privacy.

Even though it's a guesthouse, the fence is designed to give you a private experience.

The casita has:

Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, closet

Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, desk

Living room: Smart TV, couch that folds out to a king-sized bed

Bathroom- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided

Kitchen- Full kitchen with the exception of an oven (there is an air-fryer though)

Dining: Sit at the table or the bar. Place settings for 6.

You'll have full access to the casita and the casita patio. No parts of the home or yard are shared spaces.

Other things to note
We live in the big house on the property sometimes, and other times there will be guests there. The walk-way to the casita has a lower fence so you may see people enjoying the backyard. Once you are at the casita, the fence is higher so you can enjoy a private patio.

We stayed to attend a graduation at GCU. The location was ideal as it was close to the airport and GSU. Parking was a little tight, but we only rented a car for one day and took Uber most of the time so it was very convenient due to location. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. The place needs a little tweaking… # 1 oversized the outdoor space! # 2 get rid of the undersized bedroom rail doors! Hello! Doors are too small and too heavy for the rails. I had to take the door off the rail and hang a blanket, no good! Kinda dark in the unit cause it’s built on the back side of a property, and not much windows.This is our 5 th rental in Phoenix and it’s way over priced for what you get. Won’t stay here again.

We enjoyed this well appointed casita near the Central PHX area. It had easy accessibility to downtown sights and services. It was nicely furnished and had most of the amenities of home. It was very neat and clean, and had a pleasant outdoor space. The photos were very true to the actual facility.
