We thoroughly enjoyed the home and how spacious it felt! The kitchen was fully stocked. We even baked cinnamon rolls from scratch. Enjoyed the making smores at the fire pit. We played games, cooked together, and enjoyed the expansive grassy area. The pool was fabulous; a bit 'refreshing' for some of us, I loved it! Lovely when lit up at night. Quiet neighbors. Park and green space just around the corner. Good internet service, as I had to get some work done. I appreciate the 'no pet' policy (excludes service dog), as I have mild allergies. Would we stay again? Yes! Also very nice, they don't give guests a list of long chores to do prior to check-out; just the basics. Thank you for that! FYI Management: A lot of missing pieces to many of the games.
The division of space is nice. Nice pool area but not heat.Furniture is very uncomfortableâneed sturdier comfortable living room furnitureâsectional would be perfect. Looks like A starter vacation rentalâbut nice home. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Outdoor areas needed to be cleaned before arrival. Hard to get to and from with construction. Hopefully finished first. Very nice response time from rental managers.
We loved this house. We needed to rent a home to stay in that would accommodate large family dinners, and this was perfect. This week was about having our family together one last time before one of our family members passes (who is currently in hospice care due to cancer that is beyond treatment). So the great room and kitchen with a huge breakfast bar was perfect! The entire family commented on how great the house was for what we needed.A couple of things to note about the house - the primary bathroom has windows in the shower that are uncovered. We didn't think anything of it at first, until I noticed that the 2 story home next store has a lovely view of anyone showering from their second story windows. Also, the garage door was broken so not accessible. Just a couple of things to be aware of if they're important to you.We are giving it 5 stars because it truly is a great home! Kitchen was well stocked and the cabinets were all marked so you knew where everything was. Bed was comfortable, and there was enough room for our loved one to take naps whenever needed :)
The space is very nice. I think maybe A nice rack in the laundry room with extra clean linens/ towels folded would be better than putting towels under the sink. Hooks in bedroom closets and one or two in teh bathroom would be very helpful for Robes and towels. The living room furniture needs to be upgraded to A heavier quality. One broken chair was in the garage and the matching one in living area had A broken arm when we arrived. Sofa is very uncomfortable and looks too small for the space. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. A. Kuerig coffee maker would make life A lot simpler for travelers. There needs to be some kitchen towels. The front and back porches were dirty and had feathers and not A good thing to be the first thing we saw when entering the house. Back patio needed to be swept and furniture vacuumed or brushed off. Lighting is crucial and it is bad in bedrooms and there were A lot of light bulbs out or non-existent. And no replacement bulbs. Washer and dryers were great. For the price all these upgrades should be implemented. Thank you
