Checking in was quite a challenge. I attempted to communicate with someone at the property, but they informed me that the connection was poor. I faced considerable difficulty locating the building where the apartment was situated, and the property manager continued to send me a check-in link and a map that were of little help. Additionally, unit 126 was on the second floor, which required climbing two flights of stairs—not ideal for my 82-year-old mother.
The complex itself was average—nothing remarkable. The check-in time is inflexible; checking in earlier than 4:00 PM incurs an additional $35 fee, depending on whether the cleaning team has finished with the unit. Furthermore, the 10:00 AM check-out time is unreasonable. I booked a two-night stay to avoid checking out before 10:00 AM, but ended up leaving a day early. This was my first experience with such accommodations, and I had hoped it would be more convenient than staying at a nearby hotel where I stayed last year. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations. They also require that you wash any dishes you use, put them away, and take out the trash. I find this interesting because isn't that what I paid for their cleaning team to do?
