I had to wait 45 minutes after check in, ,was told room still wasn't ready, then my friend got her room before me, even though I booked in February and she 2 days before, the staff was not very friendly and the manager would not come out to help resolve the problem. The pool area wasn't cleaned, no clean towels. Won't go back!

The state of this property is in disrepair. They were stains on the carpet, mold and mildew in the bathrooms, paint chipping, and the locks didn’t work. Also, because of the pool children were running up and down the corridors nonstop throughout the night. The front desk staff was also very rude and short. The breakfast was also Not very appetizing, most of the items were boiled.

Basement dweller

Our room was on the first floor and it felt like we were in the basement. Very dingy and musty smelling. Mirror was filthy dirty in main room, crumbs still on the floor from previous guest. Shower drain was very slow draining. Overall a bad experience

Survey answers

The lady working the breakfast area was GREAT. Very professional, polite and supportive to the guest. The smell throughout the facility was not so good. Many carpet stains and bad spots in the carpet, both in the room 211 and in many walkways. If the visual appearance in the office areas is any indication of how clean and organized the business is ran, it is not very good. Documents in piles on the desk and on the floor around the desks is not a good condition. Future visits will find a different location.
