The facility was very accommodating. They allowed us to register and check in a little early. Everything was very clean and available. Plenty of towels. Fresh coffee and fresh lemon water available 24 hours a day. The continental breakfast was very nice. I truly have nothing bad to say!

The property is close to all the Ross Park Stores. The staff was nice and friendly, the only issue was there was a pill on the floor of the bedroom and I have a little one also the house keeping staff left there bracelet that can get into all the rooms in our room when we checked in.

Check in was kind , hotel itself is dirty. Strong smell of cleaning agent. Dirty outside. Shower head was not move able and water went everywhere. It was for one night so not big deal for us. Overall 2 stars. I m just a very clean person.

The place was dirty, my bathroom room was disgusting, there was soap scum everywhere, there’s no way it was cleaned, the sheets had stains and overall it was dirty and terrible

Comfort Suite - PIT

The room was clean, the faucet needed attention, but overall everything was in order. The breakfast was plentiful and the table area was clean. The swimming pool was as good as expected.
