The room is too small, not enough room to turn the bell cart around. The toilet paper holder is damaged, and there was a hole in the carpeting, and couldn't find the outdoor lounge, because there was no signage when you get off the elevator. And several of the electrical outlets didn't work.

We have stayed at The Joinery many times. All of the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is so clean as well as all of the rooms. The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance of many places downtown and the valet service is great.

Located next to First Ave station, and a block from Smithfield Ave with 24 hour stores, and almost always the cheapest stay in the city. Only downside is the staff isn’t the friendliest. Otherwise great.

The room look completely different than the pictures, our room was extremely dirty and damaged basically everywhere. The concierge checking us in didn’t really care about much and had a weird attitude. The room had water damage and dirt all over, everything was dusty as well. Breakfast was nice and definitely worth the price.

Very clean and fresh. Friendly staff. Conveniently located to downtown and acrisure stadium. Bed took up most of the room so there isn’t room to just sit around. But they have several really nice sitting areas in lobby and mezzanine.

I appreciate the staff in particular. Very personable, friendly and helpful. The staff as a whole were very efficient. Most of all they were nice people. I'd stay here 10 out of 10 times. Thank you for making this homecoming a memorable one.
