We got to the hotel and they gave our room away, and we were the only ones, like five people came in when I was there, the offered me and my three grown kids a king bed room with a broken shower and they told me it was out of order room they offered, we were stuck with no money and had to find another place to stay, horrible experience

When I arrived in my room, there was a big blood looking stain on the bottom mattress. I was relocated to another room that had two double beds instead of the king I had on the original room. The hallways needed painting. The roof over the entrance had a huge hole in it. Wyndham hotels are know for high standards but this one did not depict that.

Hotel took $50 incidental deposit, which is normal. The issue is that every decoration was damaged along with the desk and curtains not working properly. Everything was pre-damaged

This was just a horrible experience. Our room was not cleaned one time in our 3 day stay. I was heading out to a funeral mass on the 2nd day and stopped at the front desk to ask for clean towels (we had to use the first set of towels to cover the dirty floor in the room) and tell them that the room had not been cleaned yet. The manager told me he would have clean towels dropped off in the room while I was gone. We got back that night and no clean towels The floor in the room was beyond filthy. You could not walk around in the room without your shoes on. Just don't do it -- forget about this one!

The bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. The toilet seat was broken. The tub had weird stuff at the bottom of it. The floors were warped and grimy. The curtain was missing the whole left side of it so when you stood outside you could see directly into the room. There was multiple missing lightbulbs. The only light in the bathroom was on the mirror. The bathroom is so small that you couldn’t stand in front of the sink because the toilet seat is there.

Had confirmed reservations, went to check in and was in line behind about 8 other families. It wasn't late, about 7pm. We were informed that they had no rooms available. No other explaination. Very rude. It didn't matter that we had reservations.

No Bang for your buck,

Staff was excellent, stayed 5 days, housekeeping not once came to the room, made the beds, took out trash, put clean towels in. Evan small things like coffee, cream and sugar never refilled. Asked the housekeeper on the floor and she stated, and I quote" NO SPEAK ENGLISH"! Room had no toilet paper, lights did not work, and the TV was so dark when on, might as well not have it on. Will NOT stay there again.

This was the worst check in that I've ever experienced. When we arrived and finally secured a room, we walked into a room that was not cleaned. It was apparent as the bed was not made and towels were still on the floor. We chalked it up as an accident. We finally got a new room on the 3rd floor. After a 3 hour drive, we just placed our bags down and grabbed dinner. When we got back to shower, there wasn't ONE towel in the room! Not a wash cloth, hand towel or bath towel! My husband went to the front desk and waited and waited....well after about 20 minutes another guest told us that ALL THE STAFF LEFT!! People were trying to check in, ask for various services, it was a madhouse! Someone called the police because there was no one in the whole hotel to help us! (Pictures attached). Another guest told us where to get towels and we just went in the laundry room to get them ourselves.I've never been in a hotel where there was no staff! It was extremely dangerous and placed guests in a compromising situation where we basically had to fend for ourselves! And that fact that the police had to arrive to assist us. Apparently this has happened before! Shame on Wyndham for this action. This is supposed to be a reputable hotel chain. I will be requesting a refund. This was a horrible, dangerous environment for guests.
