Third time at this hotel a once again, it was excellent. Food an beverage options are fantastic a the beach is beautiful. What makes this hotel a stand out is the staff - all of them are fantastic. Want to give a special mention to Claudia from the lobby bar, such a lovely person, amazing customer service and she makes a mean cocktail!!!

For price for 3 people and one 12 year old kid getting a room with couch bed was most disappointing thing we couldn’t sleep in ! Motel 6 has better couch, bed, or bunkbed than that! We all end up sleeping on bed .

Whole experience was wonderful . Hotel, beach, rooms, food and staff were fantastic. Something that stood out as well was that the staff seemed to really enjoy working with one another. It’s a good sign of great work environment. Our favourite resort to date .

Didn't have a great time at this hotel. The buffet, a la carte and snack places food was terrible. The free transfer that was supposedly included stranded us and so we had to take a $120 USD cab ride. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. Rooms are clean but beds/pillows are terrible. Our AC unit wasn't running well after a couple days. The fire alarm went off at random hours 6 times in our 6 night stay.

A beautiful hotel with clean, spacious rooms! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious! The staff was very polite and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and fun. There was a show every evening. The sea was clean and warm! I stayed with friends and we really enjoyed it! We'll be back!

I was a first-time visitor and the experience was amazing. Check-in with Fernanda was easy, professional, and quick. We spent most of our time in Lounge 24, where Laura, Andrés, and Griselda were the best—Griselda and Laura constantly checked on us, and Andrés took the time to show us around. I also loved sitting at the Daiquiri Bar; Nelsi is the sweetest. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman working the pool towels, but he was great as well. And you can’t forget the beach waiter, Kevin—funny and awesome. Our housekeeper, Araceli, made sure our room was always spotless, and we loved the different towel-animal creations she left for us each day. Overall, the experience was wonderful and almost everyone we encountered was lovely and kind. Unfortunately, our last night at the Italian restaurant was disappointing, as we felt we were treated poorly. I hope management addresses this, because everything else about our stay was truly exceptional.

The resort is very clean. Great service. Beach chairs were always available. It is a smaller resort so there weren't as many people. The restaurants were ok. We ended up eating at the buffet (Don Rafael) most nights which was good. The rooms were nice but very odd (as others have mentioned) because there is no wall or privacy for the shower and the bathtub is right next to the bed. When you step out of the shower or bathtub, the entire room can see you. The entertainment was ok, they tried very hard. Overall one of the best resorts we've visited in Mexico.

I booked a round-trip airport shuttle through Expedia, but when I arrived at the airport, the shuttle was incorrectly scheduled and not available. Despite having a confirmed reservation, there was no transportation provided. I was forced to take a taxi to the resort at my own expense, which cost $200. This was a frustrating and stressful way to start the trip and should not happen with a confirmed booking. Expedia should take responsibility for this error and reimburse the additional cost. I expected better reliability from a major travel platform.
