Overall the resort is beautiful and easy to navigate. The service everywhere except the pool area was great. The bar tenders at the pool where hit and miss and several days at 5 or 6 pm when they closed the bar (way too early) they would start throwing water from the pool onto the patio to clean whether you are sitting there or not. The food was disappointing , other than the steak house.

Our 2nd time staying at the riu palace and this place does not disappoint! The staff are amazing and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. German took great care of us every day at the pool and Eduardo made sure we got everything we need every night!

It was a family trip to celebrate my birthday. We had really good time. I stayed at this hotel years ago and was pleased with everything. After renovations it’s even better. Very clean, staff has been excellent, food choices were great, evening entertainment was excellent and overall it was great vacation. I was a little disappointed with not being able to swim in the ocean due to excessive seaweed but we had great time swimming in the pool. Definitely recommend staying at this resort.

I've been to this area many, many times in state at many different resource hotels and airbnbs on this trip. I took all my children and their children spouses, and we had an amazing time. This place was perfect food was good quality. And you know, the accommodations were Beautiful you would highly recommend for families

My experience was amazing. I really enjoyed the shows and the entertainment. Especially Ricky and his great sense of humor. Shalala like he says!! The Riu party and pool party was awesome!! Just wish the food was more authentic Mexican food.
