place is clean and in a nice safe location.Pools are really nice and kept clean.Had problems with one air conditioner vent in one room so i slept on the sofa in the living room.Hopefully they will get it fixed. Management is accessible and responsive

Very nice condo!

This is a very nice condo in a great location. Really nice to have a private pool. The community pool was also very nice, although the hot tub wasn’t hot. Very quiet and peaceful. We got a rare nice treat of seeing 6 monkeys right in our backyard yard😀!

Great property!

Our stay at Katina's property was very good. The unit is exactly as described in the pictures. It was very clean, and there was a cleaning included every week. However, we had to clean about half the dished before using them, but that may be due to the previous occupants. It looks like there had been water damage in the past as the bottom of doors and wall showed warping and peeling paint. I thought that there were not enough dishes for a unit meant for 4 people; there were 6-8 plates/bowls/glasses, meaning that we had to clean dishes during the day if we wanted to have enough. All the glasses were plastic, and most of them had cracks. The checking process was super easy with the electronic locks, although our code didn't work when we arrived and we had to email the owner. It was fixed in seconds, and we loved not having a key or a card to carry around. The complex is very clean, and we felt very safe. The private pool is one of the biggest we have ever seen, and the shared pool is huge. The water temperature was great, and the pools were cleaned twice a day. The listing says we have access to the beach club, however, it doesn't mention that you have to pay. Also, there was a lot of sargasso when we were there and the beach club doesn't clean the beach in front of it; they simply clear a path to access the water. We didn't end up going. We stayed there for a month, and there were a couple of issues, but Katina was so fast at answering her messages and getting things fixed that it wasn't a problem. If it wasn't for the fact that we didn't like being so far away from the Centro, we would certainly stay there again. Katina is a great host and I recommend her without hesitation. On a side note, contrary to what you may read online and in descriptions of other property in the area, Lorena Ochoa is it's own complex and you don't have access to any other complexe's pool, gym, services, etc.

Excellent Property, Exceptional Customer Service!

The condo is exactly as pictured, with plenty of space for a family or up to 4 adults. The kitchen is well provisioned for cooking and has all the standard appliances that you need for your stay. The pool area is private and gets a lot of sun. We purchased a small umbrella for those days when we didn't feel like using the large community pool. Whenever we had a question, we simply emailed Katina using the VRBO application and received an almost instantaneous response. The cleaning staff came once a week and did an excellent job cleaning the apartment and providing clean towels and sheets. Lorena Ochoa is a well landscaped and maintained property, with full service maintenance staff keeping everything in top shape. Overall, everything was perfect and we wanted to thank Katina personally for making our stay such an enjoyable one!

Little piece of heaven

I loved being here. The place itself is comfortable, it cools off fast and has different controls for each room which helps a lot. I liked the privacy of my own place, yet felt safe there and the few people I ran into were very nice. (Even though I don't speak Spanish!) The swim up pool is the highlight, along with the beautiful birds that liked to sing and watch me as I watched them. There were only a couple minor issues and Katina was an excellent host that responded fast to all messages. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! (One thing I would suggest is a bath mat in the shower as it was very slick, but I made do with a hand towel.) I didn't get out much so I can't comment on the beach club or anything. In case this helps anyone else, check out playanow .com .mx and you can order food from many different restaurants! They speak English on whatsapp and the delivery charges are reasonable. I loved not having to deal with a key here! Thank you, Katina, for providing me with a nice place to relax. 🙂
