"Excellent property, clean, new and comfortable. This is a new hotel and they are still figuring few things out. Overall staff was very friendly but service felt a bit restrictive. For example 5 star hotels typically go above snd beyond policy to accomodate guest requests, but we did not feel that way here. But they were definitely open to feedback which we provided to general manager Rafael who made time to meet us to learn about opportunities to be better. For example we artived on an early flight and ehen trying to check in, were promptly reminded that check in time was 3pm. And after saying No, an hour later gave us an hospitality room. We appreciated it but would have been a totally different experience if they did not say No upfront. If you are a large party 6 or more, it was hard to get a big table in some restaurants. Spa rules were odd, in order to use the amenities you must book a minimum of 75 minute treatment (around 280 usd)and with that you only could use either sauna or steam room but not both. I have never experienced this anywhere in the world before. I am rating this place excellent because i have confidence in management that they will take all the feedback they get and make the necessary changes as this place could be amazing! Restaurants were good, alcohol was decent, no plastic or any kind of straws though and vibe is slow with elevator music playing mostly on the grounds. "
