This amazing lagoon front home in Beach Haven West is available for weekly rental. This home is completely remodeled with modern amenities, upgraded interior features including granite countertops, eat in kitchen, full dining suite, large bonus room with full bar and queen size sofa sleeper, and first floor master suite with ADA accessible bathroom. The upstairs features a flex loft space, full bath, balcony overlooking the bay, and minibar in upper bedroom. The exterior features include spacious multi-level deck with outdoor dining, gas fire pit with surrounding seating, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Safety rail and gate installed by owners for waterfront protection for the little ones. Bring your boat, or water sport toys and enjoy this beautiful home in Beach Haven West. Just a short drive to Long Beach Island, and close to the ever expanding town of Manahawkin. We do not accept pets of any kind, and this is a smoke free property inside and out.

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful as well as it was well appointed. They have everything to make your stay comfortable. The only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer. Loved the firepit and the stars from the back deck!

Everything was great! Clean, updated house. Easy access to LBI. Great back deck area on lagoon. For those with limited mobility, has lots of grab bars, a walk-in shower, and first-floor bedroom. Only small steps are to living room and on deck.

Annual Beach week

This was our first stay in Manahawkin and certainly won’t be our last. The home was exactly as advertised, with the added bonus of a quiet, peaceful setting and friendly neighbors. It was the perfect fit for our family.

We had a wonderful stay at Morton House. It is a spacious and well-maintained rental home. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Phenomenal Stay!

We had a wonderful week away! This home is much larger than the pictures do it justice. We had plenty of space for our young kids to play. The hosts have the house stocked with everything you could need. The neighborhood is peaceful but still has a great beach feel. Only a few minute drive to the bay beach and 10 minute drive to LBI beach. We would 10/10 stay again! Hosts were wonderful and great at communicating.

Only issue is a called an onsite manager when we first got there (not the owner) and left a message casue we had trouble with the locked door, and he never called back (the entire week we were there) but we finally got in and the stay we perfect!!! Great beach vacation

Stayed for a week with our infant and toddler and grandparents and we had a great time. The house was easy to manage with little kids, cooking meals and eating outside was great, grill was perfect, clean and quiet neighborhood. 100% would recommend.

In town for a wedding

The property is pictured accurately and wonderfully appointed and spacious. Well cared for and clean. Great location. Kitchen well equipped. We were attending a wedding on LBI this location worked perfectly.

Awesome Labor Day weekend!

What a beautiful home and location for a last minute trip with friends. Everything you need at your finger tips with this home from multiple bathrooms, bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, grill and huge patio with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Oh and let’s not forget the private dock for your boat! Excellent rental and would recommend!!

Lovely property

The house was very clean and very well appointed. Everything seemed to be in working order for the most part. The transition on the deck was dangerous in that it's very easy to miss the step down, and we did a couple of times. It would be nice to paint the edge to decipher the different heights. The blinds in the upstairs right bedroom did not reach the windowsill, so we had to fill that space to ensure privacy. We had a great week.

Shore getaway

Stayed sane house last year very clean 3 bathrooms a plus . Beds were very comfortable. Dock is a plus for boat , but few boards need to be replaced they are sticking up other than that a great time
